I stayed at Patentkrug for 2 nights. It is a very nice house, has very nicely furnished rooms and a very nice restaurant and breakfast area. The employees are very friendly and nice. The rooms are modern, big enough, very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and my room - like all the other rooms - had a very good bathroom. Toiletries were available as usual. There were small bottles of water in the room every day. Personally, I'm not a fan of desks with glass tops, but that was part of the design concept and fit. Unfortunately there was no safe, which I think is a shame. There were earplugs on the pillow that I initially thought were for couples, one of whom might be snoring. But the plugs are for the more sensitive ears of people for whom the street noise from the nearby highway makes it difficult or even impossible to fall asleep. It's best to leave the windows open, then you won't hear anything. Attention was paid to noise protection and I think this is particularly worth mentioning, even though I heard a water pipe rustling slightly in my room at night. The hotel offers space for larger business and/or family celebrations, there is a larger hall and a barn. On one day of our stay there was a big wedding with lots of guests and loud dance music. There are hallway doors to the corridors of the hotel rooms that were closed and you couldn't hear anything anymore. Very good. The hallway to our rooms had a friendly carpet; I wonder why a few hotel guests just can't behave. The hallway carpet was already very dirty and looked a bit worn out. Overall, the hotel has a very high feel-good factor.

A very clean hotel with very nice rooms, very nice staff and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very appetizing. I will definitely recommend this hotel and come back myself. Thank you for the wonderful support 🌹

Location: on an arterial road from Oldenburg. So there is a good connection to the motorway, but you won't find any shops here. Due to the location, traffic can of course be heard. Parking is easy. …

I was in Oldenburg on business and used the hotel for one night. Everything is very clean, very stylishly furnished, and the rooms have first-class facilities. I rarely had sewing kits and ear packs in my room. The latter had shocked me at first, but everything was fine and it was pleasantly quiet in the hotel at night.In the evening I also ate in the hotel's own restaurant, and that's where the only drawbacks were, the food was generally a bit lukewarm in terms of temperature, and the chef was welcome to tweak the seasoning a bit, and that even continued until breakfast , the scrambled eggs in the morning were hardly salted at all. Of course you can add salt and the service staff will be happy to help with different mills. But if a vegetable is cooked with too little salt and with few spices, the mill won't make it right. Still very nicely prepared and great products! I would also give the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Overall package really 10/10. Top staff, very very friendly and personable service, clean and nice rooms. Extremely high level.What is particularly worth mentioning is the incredibly good hospitality. The kitchen is from another planet. Extremely high quality food perfectly combined and prepared.

Location: relatively far out, but this can definitely offer advantages (easy accessibility from elsewhere). Service: Excellent, as a hotel guest I received a warm dinner, even though I only arrived shortly before the kitchen closed. Room: clean, mattresses new, the only point of criticism is that the room became very warm and stuffy due to its location under the roof - an insect screen in front of the window would provide the opportunity to ventilate without the room being full of mosquitoes.
