We recently celebrated our wedding in the Remise in Müggenkrug.We and our guests really enjoyed the location, including the terrace, where we held a free wedding ceremony.At our request, there was a vegetarian & vegan buffet, which even made the guests, who are otherwise very fond of meat, happy.Both the service team at the celebration itself and the organization team beforehand were very attentive, competent and made many things possible.We had a wonderful celebration and would do it exactly the same way again! Thanks.

They were there for the first time. Our son and his wife celebrated their wedding there. Great staff, great food, great ambience. The preliminary discussions were also great. The bride and groom could ask questions at any time in advance. Great, great, great again and again. Any time. I can't say anything about the rooms.

We had brunch there on Sunday. There was a good, diverse selection available. Water, coffee, tea and juice are included. Scrambled eggs are freshly prepared. There were salads and waffles.

Very poorly organized. My niece celebrated her wedding there. It was supposed to start at 3 p.m. and they hadn't even finished tidying up and cleaning. During the celebration, service came to the table about once an hour. Sometimes orders were forgotten. The staff was completely overwhelmed, even with 80 people.

Wedding 2024: We celebrated our wedding celebration there. The location is fantastic. The boss and her staff are fantastic. We met months before, then again weeks before and shortly before that we spoke on the phone more often. It's normal when the big day is approaching. All discussed details were adhered to. The staff from the evening onwards were very warm and committed. We are very happy to have chosen the Müggenkrug. Is it cheaper? Perhaps. Is it better? Hardly believe it. Very good breakfast/brunch buffet! Great service and nice ambience.The food was delicious, plentiful and very nicely prepared.If you're looking for small individual tables, you're in the wrong place here, but in my opinion they wouldn't fit in the room either.We were almost put off by some of the bad reviews, but luckily we were there!Very happy again!

Update on the review below:Of course, after our visit we asked several times in writing for clarification - unfortunately without success. There was no insight from the management and in the end there was no reply to our email at all. Instead we received “mail from the lawyer”. It was repeatedly and very clearly implied to us that our statements were not true. The facts were distorted and we were accused of not being interested in a solution. Attempts were made for several weeks to have the review deleted.Absolutely underground - we were threatened with the police!First of all, big praise to the service staff. They are absolutely understanding, courteous and know what service means.Now the problem: the brunch that is advertised doesn't exist. There is an extensive breakfast, which is cleared away at 12 p.m. That means you can see where you stay for the last two hours. The extract from the menu corresponds to what was available for breakfast. But that was it, there is nothing more. There is no warm food for lunch. In addition, impressions of the brunch are advertised on the page. Among other things, pasta dishes were shown, i.e. what you would expect for brunch. By definition, brunch now simply includes breakfast and hot dishes for lunch. However, you only got breakfast.The height of the insolence, however, was the managing director's reaction to our complaint. Here, too, I would first like to once again highlight the staff, who responded to our criticism in an absolutely exemplary manner. The "boss", on the other hand, slammed her tablet with the menu on the table and said: read this out, it says what's for brunch! She then immediately said that we could solve this the hard way by calling the police and reporting us for cheating - short addendum: we had already paid the bill for hours! She was in no way able to accept the criticism or offer us a solution. She insulted us during a tour and finally said that it was our fault that no staff could be found and that she disappeared. I've really never experienced anything like that!I can only recommend everyone not to visit this restaurant. There are countless, much better breakfast and especially brunch options nearby, where guests' criticism is taken seriously.Shortly before we left the restaurant we also heard other guests complaining. So this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident and the staff didn't seem surprised by it either.

We were there for breakfast and were very well looked after and looked after!!! Unfortunately, the venue was very loud and there was no parking space for disabled people, or it was difficult!

We were there today for Easter brunch, for the last time for now. We were seated with strangers at a table that was so narrow that if I made a wrong move I was half sitting on a stranger's lap. Apart from the fact that our table was completely squeezed into the last corner anyway. The buffet was extremely expensive at €32.50 per person, but the services were extremely poor. The food was nothing special, for the even higher price for the holiday brunch, we were hoping for some extras. Unfortunately, even today the breakfast was worse than usual. It is advertised as having brunch, but it is just a fairly expensive breakfast, which is increasingly deteriorating in quality. Our table wasn't cleared the whole time, our space was already far too small and was then full of dishes. There are definitely cheaper and better alternatives.

We took part in the community cabbage trip with our clique of 10 on March 2nd and it was great!The kale buffet was very tasty, always full and hot.The service staff was also very friendly and quick. The drink selection was great.Since we were a smaller group, we didn't sit in the beautiful large barn with a dance floor, but in the next room we had some fresh air, were seen very quickly by the service and were a little more to ourselves, which was great.We'd love to come back! Thanks

I can only agree with the previous comment. We had booked brunch with the family for a 60th birthday and ate very little because we assumed there would still be lunch. Then the buffet was cleared away. …

We were there for the cabbage drive. It was announced that the meal with soup would start at 5:45 p.m. In fact, the soup didn't come to the table until 6:40 p.m. This was served in small jars with lids. The waiter kept placing these individually at the end of the table to be passed around to the guests - this is very inconvenient at a table for 45 people. The buffet was delayed by another 30 minutes after the soup. The icing on the cake was that you were only allowed to go to the buffet table by table. This justifies that you cannot admit 150 people directly to avoid chaos. True, you might want to organize things differently if you are already aware of it and there is general anger among the guests. You would think that guests would arrive hungry after a cabbage tour and wouldn't want to wait another two hours for their food if they assumed the agreed 15 minutes. The disaster then ended with guests from other tables repeatedly getting up and trying to push their way to the buffet - these were also rejected in a very energetic manner by the organizing service.There was no understanding for the anger among the guests. When it was pointed out that none of this had been agreed upon, the apparently organizing waitress was even cheeky enough to point out in an energetic tone the Fleyer in which everything would be written. (Yes it was, but unfortunately it was not adhered to in any way in terms of time)The hall was too small for the number of people. The air quickly became very bad and people crowded onto the dance floor.The hall is nice and the waiters were very helpful when it came to drinks, but all in all you would be better off at other places for the price.
