Customer friendliness is different!We were there on Sunday at 3:28 p.m. and wanted to have coffee.We were sent away again with the words that they closed at 4 p.m. By then we would have had our coffee long ago, but they obviously had no interest in sales. I doubt whether the staff is acting in the interests of the operator.

What a shame!!!!!Unfortunately we didn't have the pleasure of staying here. On Sunday (pottery market, so full Rheinsberg) we wanted to have coffee at 3:30 p.m. But.... we were turned away quite resolutely with the message (we now close at 4 p.m.)😳😠I don't know what else the gentlemen wanted to do in the last half hour???? There were only three tables occupied (despite this top location) 🤷🏼♀️People have probably been sent away before.

Great service, beautiful looks. The food was exactly to the point, perfectly prepared and all needs were catered for. By far the best restaurant in Rheinsberg 🙏🏼

We were here only for dinner. The service was very friendly, the wine was good and the food was even better. We didn't even have time to take photos. We were busy enjoying. I think it's better to sit in the back rooms, because when the front door is open in the warmer months, there is a bit of a draft.

It's a shame... Nice location on the lake, but the prices are completely overpriced: you pay €10 for 1 liter of water! Would like to see their purchase price.A burger, nothing special for €22! So we expected more:Nachos with guacamole should be included. Unfortunately with the guacamole in the burger, there were two whole nachos and they were therefore soft and mushy. Not so tasty...

Have reserved a table for 12 people.We chose a variety of dishes from the menu (smash burger, sweet potato fries, vegan burger, pike perch, etc.)EVERYTHING WAS VERY DELICIOUS😍Service was super accommodating and our seats were a dream....Beautiful view of the lake😍Best restaurant in Rheinsberg, absolutely recommended 👍👍

The restaurant should be ashamed of themselves with their assistant waiters. 18 tables free, but no room for one person for dinner at 5:20 p.m. The staff would rather stand around bored than serve one person. It probably won't bring in enough money for the Rheinsberg Seepavillon ever again

A pleasant restaurant. The service is very attentive and friendly. We had the spaghetti with shrimp. Very tasty, very well seasoned, be careful, a bit spicy.Location is very good, with beautiful views of the lake. The location is just entered incorrectly on Google.Overall, highly recommended.

We went to the restaurant and went home full and in a good mood.The overall concept is just right here - from the beautiful location with a view of the lake, to the well-designed menu (one where the drinks that you order first are also listed first), to a super friendly and Attentive service (we would particularly like to emphasize this here - the waiter almost turned the whole thing into a small event with fun, joy and good ears ;)) everything fits here. The prices may seem high at first glance, but you prefer quality rather than quantity and you are happy to spend money for this overall experience. In addition, the quality of the food was very good and you were full.Kind regards to the entire team, we would love to come back!

Food was good, unfortunately there are points deducted for completely exorbitant prices, you have to choose overpriced side dishes, a burger for €22 is abnormal for the size, which is a shame
