For the 2nd time here now. Wonderful place to stay by the water. There is a new care/relief station. Showers wonderfully clean and like new. Good reception and everyone very friendly, just like last time.Rewe and Norma shops are a 5-minute walk away. So showers without coins very good and clean, WiFi perfect, reception very good and friendly.Bistro on the campsite. The older man who took care of the bistro had homemade puszta sauce on the schnitzels. Man man, nice. Lots of salads and tasty, the lasagna was very tasty, the woman said.1 disadvantage, regular guests who have the so-called regular table every evening, drink, play dice, shout and light one cigarette after another while you are eating. And the mobility scooters are parked next to and in front of the entrance. Furthermore, we liked everything very much and we will definitely camp/spend the night here again.

Great campsite, we've been there several times now, we're always there in August for Wied in Flammen, the campsite is located right on the water but also between the forest and mountains, you can reach Norma and Rewe on foot and also a small town where you can Weekend Wied in Flames takes place, the sanitary facilities are modern and clean... it is never excessively loud. The owners are friendly and there is always a friendly morning/hello from the long-term campersWe always like to come back

We have been to the campsite there several times and were totally satisfied. The Kalteis couple is very, very nice and accommodating. We always enjoy coming there. The sanitary facilities are so clean that you'll be willing to take your shoes off. Showers, washrooms, toilets, everything perfect. We can only recommend eating up at the cod, it's so delicious and filling. You can also eat really well in the village and the surrounding area. The bike paths are very nicely laid out. Pure nature. Rewe and Norma are within walking distance, as are the ice cream parlor, bakery, hairdresser and the café. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and pretty much everything can be reached by bike.Highly recommended are the Lacher Stall, the Laubachsmühle and the Blind Date.

Hello, we were there with a group to see Wied in Flames. It was a wonderful few days with you and, as always, it was very nice! All I can say is keep it up.The operators are investing and if the Wiedstube with the forecourt is redesigned in the foreseeable future, it can only get better 👍!Toilets and showers were always in tip top condition 👍.We'll be back!🎯

Nice campsite. Unfortunately, the landlords are now trying to run a Schiki Miki place. Very unfortunate.

Great location, very clean and new sanitary facilities. Super nice operator.Beautiful surroundings, you're basically in the middle of nature.Nutrias, kingfishers and various other animals can be observed in and around the Wied.A highlight for experienced hikers is the Bärenkopp Wällertour. But there are also countless opportunities for mountain biking. The Rhine can also be reached by bike not far from cities like Linz or Neuwied.
