Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof, Josef Kecht

A wonderful relaxing holiday on the farm for the whole family. Modernly furnished and clean holiday apartment. We lived in the “Enzian” apartment. Consisting of 2 rooms. A kitchen with all the utensils you need. Plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, frying pan, pots, salad bowls, egg cooker, coffee machine, kettle, stove + oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels are all available. There is also a radio and television in this room. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed including bed linen. We slept very well in it. An additional lounger was set up for our 6-year-old daughter. This room also has a television and a wardrobe. Bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. There was also a hairdryer and enough towels. The three of us had enough space in this apartment. The highlight is of course the beautiful, large balcony with this great panoramic view. There's nothing better than being woken up early by the sound of cowbells and looking at the mountains as soon as you get up. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. :-) Of course, our daughter didn't miss out either. There is a large lawn to run around in, a trampoline and a swing. Since the farming family has their own children, aged 4 and 6, their toys can also be used. Pedal tractors, etc. Of course you can also play with the children :-) Our daughter got along very well with the farmer's daughter. They became friends straight away. So much so that our daughter definitely wants to vacation on this farm again :-) Of course there are animals too. Cows, chickens, rabbits and 2 horses. Our daughter was absolutely thrilled with the horses. She loves horses more than anything. She even got to ride one of the horses, which she was very proud of. If the children want, they can also help out in the stable or just watch the cows being milked or feeding the calves. So that you can feel like you are on vacation, Ms. Kecht offers a bread roll service. So that no one has to go out early on their vacation to get rolls. We were very happy to use this service. You can also order fresh eggs, milk and homemade jam (I can only recommend this, it tasted very good) from the farm for breakfast. Furthermore, you can start your hiking or cycling tours directly from the farm. All in all, it was a very nice, relaxing holiday that we would highly recommend. If we plan a vacation in Inzell again, we will definitely stay at this farm again. Finally, we would like to send our warmest regards to the Kecht family and their 2 children and thank them for the lovely stay! :-)

Everything as described. Simple but great.

A big thank you to the lovely Kecht family who run the rental and their organic farm with a lot of heart. The farm is located high above Inzell with a fantastic view of the mountains. The holiday apartments were renovated 3 years ago with a lot of love and an eye for the essentials, modern but still rustic. Nothing is missing. Indirect lighting in the children's room, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds - simply a well-kept apartment. We were allowed to go with the cows, pet the calves or feed the horses. In the morning we were happy about the fresh milk, the delicious eggs and the rolls fresh from the bakery. We were very happy and will definitely come back.

We have felt very comfortable here. Clean, well-equipped holiday apartment, nice landlord, very quiet location, fantastic view, good starting point for excursions and hiking or cycling tours. You can swim in the lake, but it is very cold. We'd love to come back.

Absolutely recommended for your upcoming farm holiday with children in Inzell. The rooms have been completely renovated since 2020 and have been furnished in a very nice mix of modern and rustic. The view over Inzell is unique and unbeatable. Easy hikes and mountain tours can easily be started from there. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is right outside the front door and there is a toboggan hill for the kids. The best thing, however, are the young landlords. They have a heart for children and are always in a good mood. Here vacation becomes an experience! FOR SMALL AND BIG
