We had booked three rooms in winter 2021, then my brother-in-law suffered a serious stroke four weeks before arrival. Unfortunately, there was nothing about the cancellation conditions in the general terms and conditions of this house, so the usual contract law according to the German Civil Code (BGB) applied. The gentlemen insisted - rightly of course - on payment of 80% of the travel price.Side note: My brother-in-law has been to this guesthouse several times...As far as the other reviews are concerned, there is no contradicting the quality of the house. But that's not everything.Since my brother-in-law has now recovered at least to the point where we can think about going on holiday together again, albeit in a different way than before, I am now looking for suitable accommodation for the whole family.I remembered the debacle I had experienced and hence the delayed review. We definitely won't be booking here again!

The holiday apartments are all very nicely furnished. The landlord lives directly on site. They are very friendly and helpful and always have an open ear. Already rented again for this year.

Great apartment, large, clean and equipped with everything you need. You also have very nice views and you are not far from the center. The hosts are very friendly and cater to all your needs. We have been guests here for 3 years now and we continue to enjoy coming here.

Beautiful holiday apartment with high-quality country house furnishings. Each apartment has a very large balcony. Towels are changed regularly. Kitchen equipment has everything you need. Dogs are very welcome. The hosts themselves are very helpful and friendly. The price is absolutely reasonable! We would like to rent here again on another vacation in Mittenwald.

Very nice hosts. Large holiday apartment at a low price, ideally located at the spa gardens. Everything is very clean and your four-legged friend is allowed at no extra charge. A great restaurant at the spa park is just a few meters away.
