Simple guesthouse, slightly outdated furnishings, but clean, unfortunately no shower, just a bathtub. The breakfast is good with eggs and good rolls. And our bikes were safely in the garage.

I felt very comfortable there. Mittenwald was fully booked and I found a place to stay there at short notice. For people who are out and about during the day and fall into bed at night, it takes little to be satisfied. In this respect, price/performance is okay. The rooms are furnished in the best retro style, with many originals from the 60s. The other guests were very nice and we quickly got into conversation. Conclusion: If you want more, you should pay double and not complain here...

The rooms were clean, but very old and worn. The mattress was worn out. Breakfast was very sporadic, unfortunately the coffee didn't taste good at all. One type of sausage and cheese and 4 sticky light rolls. The maid constantly pointed out her tip, which should be left in the room. We found this very intrusive and rude. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay here a second time.

The resort is located in the center of Mittenwald, close to various restaurants, shops and tourist information. Good breakfasts included in the price. We got a large room with a huge bed, which was especially helpful because we were traveling with a 3-month-old baby. Overall, a nice place, with a garden and terrace.

An overnight stay should be possible. The residents have warned against this. I didn't live there myself. It's best to take a picture yourself

The guesthouse is a disaster. The room was an absolute disgrace. The furniture is old, worn and worn. The "bathroom" is built into a kind of "wardrobe". It's moldy and dirty. The door to the loggia is leaking. It's raining.Everything is old, musty and dirty. A conversation with the landlady in the evening could only be had through a locked door because she refused to open the door.Absolutely not recommended!

I can only confirm the bad reviews. Ms. Simon probably just wants to cash in and not invest anything. Breakfast was very sparse with old bread rolls and the rooms were dirty and ancient.

Were there 3 nights and I have to say the first impression after entering the room was a SHOCK!! I have to agree 100% with the last entry, a journey back in time to the 60s and early 70s. My single room was very, very simple, going to the toilet and the shower took some getting used to and was narrow. The sinks and towels are so disgusting, it's best to take your own hand and shower towels with you.WiFi is offered but is not available in the rooms!! It also means only WiFi in the house and not in the room!Breakfast: 2x Norma Netz rolls from the day before, so nothing fresh from the bakery. 2x slices of sausage and 1x slice of cheese, plus a cube of butter (Mäggle) and a jam jar or whatever you call it. Coffee is drinkable but also rationed... but an egg for breakfast every day.The place setting for breakfast is also 40-50 years old.The only positive thing I can mention is the availability of parking spaces at the house and the way to the Mittelwald market or the train station.If you want to travel back in time and only be there to sleep, you've come to the right place, although the beds sometimes make very strange noises when turning. So no offense. Single room 37.- EUR/night including tourist tax paid, that's quite an announcement.My conclusion: It's a journey through time at an absolutely fair price, but only for the 1st and last time.
