I recently spent 3 nights at the guesthouse and I have to say that all nights were very quiet. Mrs. Kraatz, the owner, is a polite older lady, and it's really true: as you call into the forest, it rings out again. The rooms are definitely getting old, but they are adequate for sleeping.The room facilities include a private bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a TV with 6 channels - which is limited but wasn't a problem for me. The room was also very clean and well maintained.When I left, I handed Ms. Kraatz the key straight away and wished her a nice week, and she thanked her very much.For a longer stay, for example as holiday accommodation, I would not necessarily recommend this guesthouse. However, it is fine for assembly workers or weekend visitors, as you are out and about during the day anyway. I was satisfied that I could sleep well after work

Hello, I also had the pleasure of spending a few weeks with Ms. Kraatz. This woman has her own views on running a guesthouse. Other people's opinions are ignored or death is talked about with some insurance-related excuses. Ms. Kraatz thinks she is always right. The guesthouse was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the guesthouse.

This guesthouse is not recommended. The old lady only rides on her own track. She also goes into the room several times a day when you are not there. Doesn't approach her customers and is very insulting. Worst against people from the West. There is no warm water to shower in the evening. Room furnishings have seen better days. If there were minus stars, she would have a lot. You'd better look for something else

This guesthouse is not recommended. Ms. Kraatz is the absolutely unfriendly landlady who treats her guests like dirt. We discovered the following deficiencies, among others:- no personal greeting from Ms. Kraatz-She wanted to grant our request for a clarifying conversation at 11:30 p.m- no towels and soap in the bathroom (shower) and in the separate toilet- defective lighting in the hallway and defective bedside lamps in the double room (cable covering completely broken - risk of fire)-since the state horticultural show no information- no information about local transport, shopping opportunities and restaurants nearby- no trash can in the showerConclusion: We canceled our stay, didn't pay the full price, informed the tourist information office and were insulted by them and threatened with the police. We had booked a double room and a single room. Price-performance ratio is not right at all

Absolutely the last...Unfriendly, cheeky and insulting hostess. Bossy and bossy. Complaints are responded to in an insulting manner. We were insulted as spoiled Wessis when we came back after work at 11 p.m. and there was no warm water left for showering. The guesthouse hasn't earned a star yet. No fridge just 6 programs on 30 cm TV. Electrical devices prohibited. The lounge and kitchen were not allowed to be used.It's better to go camping because you have more comfort.
