The hotel is very centrally located in the old town center and is really nice to look at from the outside. However, when you get into the interior it is very old. The rooms are quite large, but not very clean. The bathroom in particular is poorly cleaned, the shower is tiny and the drain is clogged. The owner is taciturn and the reception of the guests is loveless. You don't feel very welcome. Sour milk and fermented orange juice were served for breakfast. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.

Suddenly we decided to go to the Spreewaldfest from one day to the next. Uncomplicated booking by phone. We were lucky. Everything went great and we even found a parking space. The hotel, small and nice, located in the old town. Of course it was a good idea, because there was the stage with the program and food 😉🍻🥂🍦💃 nice, large room with a large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, toilet. Breakfast was ok. Everything you need. All in all a successful weekend. We give a clear recommendation and would be happy to come back. Price/performance is okay

Postive:- Hotel very centrally located in the old town. Everything important is within easy walking distance.- Room with 1 double bed was clean and tidy.- 2 different sized pillows so you could choose one.- Okay for the price.Negative:- Owner not very communicative. There is no friendliness either. No hello or good morning came from him. The woman, on the other hand, smiled, laughed and liked to talk to the visitors.- Rooms are furnished more in the old style.- Breakfast selection was ok, but the selection was more comparable to a guesthouse. But food was constantly replenished. There was no lunch/dinner.- The shower was very narrow and needed to be replaced on the outside.- If you wanted to know something from the owner, there was hardly any interest.

Small but nice hotel in the middle of the old town of Lübbenau, we had a cozy 3-bed room with an adjoining bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom with shower and toilet is clean and tidy. Even shampoo and shower gel are already provided. The room is very tidy and clean and there is even a large flat screen. Breakfast is included in the priceReally highly recommended, would love to come back 🥰

Small hotel in the heart of Lübbenau. The breakfast is lovingly prepared and is always topped up at the buffet. The rooms are clean, very spacious...the bathroom is also large with a shower and 2 sinks. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Difficult. The hotel apparently lives from bicycle package tours. In this context, it is certainly sufficient. However, if you are looking for a hotel while traveling individually, you should look for a hotel with better value for money. The breakfast buffet can rival that of a youth hostel. The rooms exude pure GDR flair and look as if they hadn't been renovated for over 30 years. The photos are flattering.For that money you can get a 4 star room including breakfast elsewhere.Unfortunately I really can't recommend it.

Acceptable hotel, a bit grannyish and the owner is a bit grumpy. Breakfast was ok. Room was reasonably clean. A few minutes walk to anywhere in Lubbenau

The reservation was quick and easy, as was checking in. The rooms are simply furnished, but completely sufficient.The bathroom could use a bit of an overhaul.The breakfast is simple, but the essentials to start the day are definitely there. Coffee/tea/milk, bread/rolls, sausage/cheese/jam, fruit and a boiled egg.You shouldn't expect luxury, but on vacation you're out and about all day anyway. Would love to come back.

8.7.22 We were guests as a group. This is our second time here after 2018. As a group of cyclists, we consciously look for simple and affordable accommodation because we are on the move all day. What we want are good beds, a good breakfast and clean rooms. So our demands at this moment are not for 5-star houses. What I can say for all participants is that our wishes and expectations were fully met. The hotel is very centrally located in Lübbenau. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have a lot of parking space, but if you know that you can arrange it beforehand. But there is a lockable garage for bicycles. The price/performance ratio was absolutely fine, and we will certainly be happy to book the hotel again when we return to the Spreewald.
