The Europa Park is within walking distance and the room was clean, I can't say anything more positive.Unfortunately, we were not able to move into the rooms we booked and paid for. Instead we were fobbed off with a “that’s enough” from a very unfriendly receptionist.From the second call onwards he could suddenly only speak English.We couldn't reach the owner with two different numbers and two people ended up having to go to a hotel nearby.Everything is very dubious and very far from friendly.I definitely cannot recommend this accommodation!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment. Although the apartment was clean and the distance to Europa-Park was great, our overall stay was very disappointing. We had booked an apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms for 6 adults and even booked an upgrade for an additional room with a bathroom. However, we were surprised on site with an apartment that only had one bedroom, one bathroom and additional beds in the living room. This absolutely did not correspond to the accommodation booked and paid for.To make matters worse, the landlord could not be reached by phone. The only contact person was an extremely rude “reception” employee who refused to help us and suddenly couldn’t understand German when we made our complaint. The customer service was therefore a disaster and had a massive impact on our stay.Overall the value for money was a disappointment and the handling of issues on site was simply unacceptable. I can definitely not recommend this accommodation!

Very clean apartment, very well located and a parking space available.Unfortunately I did not meet the hosts, just by message and they agreed to arrive earlier.Nothing to say, except that it was very hot even with the fans.I will come back there during a future stay at Europa-Park.I recommend

Optimal location for Europa Park, reachable on foot. The apartment is tidy and clean, enough space (up to 7 people), cot available. Breakfast is offered nearby. Kitchenette is available. It's right on the street, so traffic noise

Wonderful little studio appartement type to stay in, close to europapark. A good place to stay if you're visit said park. Round the corner ia a great place for ice-cream as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen area had everything you needed. No cleaning materials like a hoover or broom available though

Clean and tidy place, great location next to the EuropaPark, would be five Stars but the beds are immensely uncomfortable. They made a very late check-in possible for us which was very nice.

We loved it, we recommend and we will repeat. Without a doubt the best apartment we have ever been in: clean, new, good mattresses, warm and with all kinds of details.It is not very signposted and we had a hard time finding the parking spaces, if everything is full, you have to park behind someone and remove the car when they ask you to. Otherwise, great.
