This man is a scammer, he will not refund your deposit. Complaint filed but he doesn't respond to anything. He has now also been charged by the judiciary. But we will go back to Rust and personally ring his doorbell.

The experience in it's self was very good.The issue was that a few months after we had stayed there, they charged my credit card AGAIN OVER 500€.I complained immediately, but only after a month did we get a refund. Super scary.I change my review as it's important that no one else loses money._____I had read some bad reviews, but I can honestly say our experience has been more than welcoming. I like to stay at upscale resorts, however this time needed the space. I wasn't disappointed with the accommodation, nor the staff, nor the owner. The breakfast that we got was more than we needed, and felt ashamed to leave so much. Fantastic experience, don't be afraid to book.

DANGER! Money will not be refunded after cancellation! We accidentally booked this accommodation and canceled within 5 minutes.Despite the quick cancellation, the owner threatened us, both by phone and in writing, with legal action if we did not transfer the cancellation amount to his account.I can only advise anyone not to book a room here.

This man is A BIG SCAMMER and is also listed as a scammer by the judiciary. We paid the full amount of €280 for 3 days but had to cancel due to Corona, but after sending several phone calls and emails he does not answer. We have now engaged a collection agency to take care of the matter for us.

We also had extremely bad experiences with this landlord. When I made the reservation, he charged the full rental amount to my credit card immediately and did not voluntarily refund it after the CORONA cancellation. Even though I received confirmation of a free cancellation, the landlord didn't respond. Booking.com helped me and ultimately refunded my money. After reading the reviews posted here, I can only absolutely advise against booking with this landlord.
