We had a very nice week at Jakobsbauernhof. 1a hostess, 1a holiday apartment. The whole family was super nice. The apartment was very nicely furnished and clean. We also gained a lot of knowledge about an organic farm. Thank you. We'll be back 🤗

Jakobsbauernhof is the perfect place for a vacation. It is perfectly located on the middle of Schwarzwald. Although it is a farm, it is not too far from the main village of Reichenbach. It takes just about 35 min drive to Freiburg or Europa park, and about 1 hour to places in the southern part of the forest like Titisee, Todtnau, etc.We stayed in the Jakobsbauernhof apartment, which is quite big for 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment is well maintained, and every possible appliance is available including a washing machine and dryer, and even a slicer machine. The host Isabel is very friendly, always caring to see if everything is alright. You can visit the farm facilities, see the cows and the milking process, and chat with the friendly family members. We enjoyed the farm surrounding including the small stream which helps you to relax during your sleep at night. We had a very good experience, and enjoyed our stay in the farm very much.

The host is very nice and friendly.We had a very nice apartment. Everything neatly clean.There is nothing missing in the kitchen for self-catering. You can also get good information about where you can experience things. We were there while we were feeding and milking. Every question we had was answered and of course we were also lucky enough to see a cow calving.It's definitely worth a trip.

We chose the Jakobsbauernhof as a starting point for visits to the surrounding area (including Europa Park) and can definitely recommend it for this purpose. The large apartment is very well equipped and we were happy to take advantage of the fresh organic milk, the delicious homemade apple juice and puree as well as the various homemade jams and jellies. Many thanks to the lovely and helpful hosts, we would love to come back!

Great holiday apartment on a great farm. The large holiday apartment can easily accommodate 4 adults and one child. The farm is very lovingly prepared and children-friendly. There are many excursion options in the area. Most of the shopping can only be done by car.The Ruf family was there to help and advise and, in addition to their everyday work, they always had time for great conversations. We felt very comfortable. And our son now feeds his toy cows at home every day.

The idyllic location, the babbling stream, the peace, the stars in the sky, the beautiful, large and lovingly furnished holiday apartment and, above all, the warm manner of the hosts made our time at the Jakobsbauernhof a particularly wonderful time. The children were particularly enthusiastic about feeding the cows, petting the cats and calves and the toys and painting materials in the apartment.

We had wonderful stays in the Fewo Hofblick on the beautiful Jakobsbauernhof in Freiamt in April and again in August 2022.Everything you need is there and the equipment of the apartment is perfect with the beautiful balcony. We were given a very warm and friendly welcome with our Chihuahua and throughout the entire stay the tips about the surrounding area allowed us to experience very nice excursions.We particularly enjoyed the nature and the peace and quiet away from the city. Pure good air.The house-made milk, homemade jam and the farmer's bread from Grandma Hannelore sweetened the start of the day for us every morning.We were very satisfied and would like to come back soon.

Beautiful farm, super nice hosts who are very concerned about the well-being of their guests. The large holiday apartment is just great. Everything you need is there. If you wish, you can get fresh milk and you can also buy homemade jam. You can experience the processes on an organic dairy farm up close. One of the most beautiful experiences for our little ones was the birth of the calves, especially the twins. Really highly recommended *****

The “Hofblick” holiday apartment is very beautiful, practical and lovingly furnished. The view is simply great!The Ruf/Kuscher family is always available, helpful and communicative. We were provided with freshly picked blueberries, homemade jam, delicious milk and homemade bread.We particularly enjoyed being able to get so close to the animals. The calves let themselves be scratched and hugged. The cats were very friendly.We went on a lot of nice trips, but we also really enjoyed just being on the farm.Thank you for the lovely holiday!

Very nice holiday farm with a spacious and very clean holiday apartment. Very nice hosts who always had an open ear and were helpful. The milk service was great!Experiencing the farm “live” is no problem here. Excursion destinations are easily accessible from there.We'd love to come back!

We, a family with 2 children under 3, spent almost 2 weeks on the Jakobsbauernhof.There were also paths in the area suitable for excursions and hikes with strollers. In addition to the cats and calves, the evening stable time and the fresh milk in the morning were highlights of our children's daily routine.We were warmly welcomed and felt completely comfortable.

We spent a wonderful week at Jakobsbauernhof and really enjoyed the great area.The warm hospitality and the lovingly furnished holiday apartment as well as the equally designed outdoor areas made it easy for us to feel welcome and very comfortable.We were also happy to take advantage of the opportunity to learn and experience a lot about farm life and the animals on site.Freiamt and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for excursions and activities. We weren't able to do everything we had on our wish list during the week.So we have as many reasons as we want to come back ;-)
