Great location if you're going to the parks. Walking distance to everything. Room was okay. I'm not sure if our bedding was clean but everything else was. It also seems they enter the room (to install an ac unit for example) when you are not there and with no notice. I did not like that.

Where do I start?We had apartment 10 with 7 people. There is space for 12. The apartment is not huge but is absolutely brilliantly laid out. 1 room with a double bed (very comfortable by the way), 1 room with a double bed and a pull-out single bed that becomes a double bed (with air conditioning) and a room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Living room with couch and giant flat screen (really an advantage during the European Championships 😂😂😂)Kitchen is well equipped with micro, Ks/Tk, dishwasher, kettle, enough dishes and COFFEE MACHINE!What's important and good to know if you're traveling with a bunch of teenagers: It has a huge bathroom and 2 toilets. And a pizza machine in front of the front door (Saturday night it was actually quiet at 10 p.m.👍🏼)There are enough parking spaces available, although it's a little tricky to get in in front of the house if the one in front has been occupied first.Cleanliness 1A with 💫, communication with the host unearthly including explanatory videos for every case. Check in via the Nuki app works sensationally.All in all: worth the price.

Top price/performance. Close to Europapark and close to Rulantica. There were 7 people in apartment number 11 and it was completely enough to sleep and have breakfast.

Apartment No. 10 is clean and well equipped and corresponds to the photos posted on the website. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking right in front of the door.Very nice hosts.We have felt very comfortable here!

The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a nice stay within walking distance of Europa Park with a larger group. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were comfortable.We received all the information we needed about the apartment and the automated check-in via email in advance and I also watched the many informative videos on the homepage. There were no problems and the landlord had contacted us briefly by telephone in advance. Thank you.We'll definitely be back next year.Best regardsEvelyn

1. The apartment is not cozy.1. Die Wohnung war nicht gemütlich.2. The apartment is very cold, according to my feelings no more than 17°.2. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt, wahrscheinlich waren es ca. 17°.3. Cleaning the apartment was very expensive, and there was hair on the floor.3. Reinigungsgebühren sind zu hoch, und ich habe fremde Haare gefunden.4. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa, it was pressed in the middle and broken.

Quite okPros:- Receive updates about the apartment via email-Apartment 10 is modern-Unlock the door lock via the Nuki app-large refrigeratorCons:-VERY ring-earning!!!!!!!!!!!!-Heating was off when we arrived in the evening. very cold in autumn...-There was internet, but as soon as the other residents arrived, it would have been better not to have it at all. so slowly, you even get kicked out of WhatsApp calls, let alone you want to load a simple website :/Suggestions for improvement:-RESPLY to emails-improve the internet, massively-Senseo coffee capsules are available because they cannot be purchased for an extra 2 days...- Lower toilet door swollen with water, install splash guard for showering-Heating from 0 to 3 positions before guests arrive

We were here on July 30th to spend the night. The small room is simply furnished but has everything you need. Important: the rooms are absolutely clean! (5 stars for that alone). In terms of price, the room is significantly below the surrounding competition (5 stars). As this is self-catering, there is a communal kitchen and dining area downstairs. Everything is there and can be used (5 stars). If that's not enough, there is a pizza machine in the parking lot. The pizzas cost up to around 10 euros and are quite ok. There are also 5 stars for this option of being able to get something quickly 24/7. Location: The location is great for Europapark. This is about a 15-minute walk away. On the way there/back there is the town center with many restaurants. 5 stars for the location. Service and hospitality: From the moment we booked, the manager contacted us. Everything was helpfully explained to us with extensive information about the room, payment and general rules of conduct. There are 5 stars for that. There is a small points deduction for the door system. This runs via an app. It's a simple method to open/close the door, but you need an extra app and a cell phone (preferably with enough battery :) ). Since I'm personally not a fan of unnecessary apps, there is a small points deduction (4 stars).CONCLUSION: This apartment is highly recommended for those who are looking for a simple overnight accommodation and want to visit the Europa Park, for example (all together 5 stars).

Good apartment but the host promised us a baby bed and gave us the frame without the mattress at the bottom making it dangerous to use. This posed a problem because we had not provided a baby bed and had to sleep on the floor with our son for 2 days...

Very clean apartment, everything you need for cooking... a super large bathroom.10 minutes walk from Europapark, the locking system is very practical, no key to carry in the park.Convenient parking.

Small, cozy accommodation with very polite operators. The walk to Europapark or Rulantika was less than 10 minutes. We were asked about our well-being and everything was explained in detail. The room was equipped with everything you need, it was also very clean and furnished with love. I would recommend the accommodation to my friends and acquaintances at any time.

The apartment is very modern and clean.The parking option right in front of the apartment is also great.You can walk to the park in 15 minutes, so the location is good.However, I would not recommend it to families with small children as the stairs in the house are very dangerous.Would recommend everyone to take socks or slippers because the ground is very cold in winter. It is also difficult to keep the holiday apartment warm.Sleep is easily overrated because it is very noisy.So if you like to sleep longer, you'll be awake by 7 a.m. at the latest.

DO NOT STAY HERE IN WINTER!!! THE ROOM WAS FREEZING!!! I even got a cough/cold and had to sleep with a scarf! The little bit of warm air that comes from the heater escapes through the untight door and windows, which also let the cold air in. Or if you do consider staying here in winter, best to come prepared and bring your own portable heater. And on top of this, the hosts were rude, unfriendly, and ignored most messages. DON'T STAY HERE IN WINTER!!! THE ROOM WAS ICE COLD!!! I even caught a cough/cold and had to sleep with a scarf bandana on! What little warm air comes from the heater escapes through the leaky door and windows, which also let in the cold air. If you do want to stay overnight here in winter, it's best to be prepared and bring your own electric heater. Additionally, the hosts were rude, unfriendly, and ignored most messages.

The guesthouse operator is very friendly and communicates very well. The room is functional. Unfortunately the bathroom is not really clean. There are cobwebs on the ceiling and the air exhaust duct is completely clogged with dust. What is particularly unclean is the black mold in the shower cubicle, which has infected all the joints. Unfortunately for three guests there was only one small towel to dry their hands in addition to three shower drying towels. Why is unclear. The ceiling lighting is also bad because the light is only dim.The parking situation is good. There are plenty of parking spaces and even wallboxes for charging electric vehicles.The price/performance ratio is still okay despite the deficits.By the way, no breakfast is offered, but a breakfast room is available for self-catering guests.Conclusion: The guesthouse is fine for a short stay in Europa Park. However, if I stayed more than 2-3 nights I would want to stay somewhere else. Overall I give it three stars.

The holiday home is very well located. There are eleven of us in an apartment, but the kitchen is quite small for so many people. One of the rooms is in the middle of the staircase and you have to be careful not to trip and you should also be careful with small children because the railing is not at children's height and then it goes to the lower floor.The apartment is clean and newly renovated, there is a large bathroom with a tub and shower, and there is another toilet with a small shower in the basement.One double bed could be pulled out, but the second mattress was too big and therefore lay on the edge, making it unavoidable that it would roll back into the middle of the bed.
