7 in 1 apartment with 3 huge bedrooms. If the bedrooms had been smaller there would have been room for a second bathroom. Only one for 7 with shower, bath and WC inside, it's a bit just lack of pressure in the shower. The kitchen is also very small and no living room. It's clean, the bedding is good.15 minutes from Europa Park so the location is great.The lock is complicated to open with the Nuki app and lacks a small balcony for smokers who have to go downstairs to smoke on the steps.

Pleasant rooms. Really 10 minutes from Europapark. It's like having the top floor of a house. And then the rooms are divided. There is no real living room. It's a bit creepy. But nothing else to complain about, because everything worked.

Large rooms with almost no furniture. No air-condition. No air.. place smell badbeware it smells like an old ashtray!Owner will spam you how to enter end operate a simple nuki doorlock .. with 20 emails.. and calls.Washing machine is broken.. and was not even intended to be fixed during our stay..You get 1 tower per person. And all in diferen color.Beds are old.. and need replacement.Never again.. is nothing nice to say about it..

The Adler guesthouse is suitable for small and large groups. We had 3 rooms, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms available, so the rooms were clean and sufficient. Can be further recommended.

The guest house is modern and very comfortably furnished. Cleanliness is very important. Unfortunately, we never had personal contact with our hosts. But it was no problem at all to express small requests over the phone. These were fulfilled immediately the next morning. The contact was very friendly, courteous, polite and left a pleasant impression from the first word. The short distance to Europa Park was the main reason we chose this FW...we'd be happy to do it again. Unfortunately there was one minus point. Unfortunately, the room and bed layout was not ideal for us.

There was a lot of information in advance from the landlord, he is very concerned about the well-being of his guests.It was clearly enough for the break we had planned. Good location to the town center, bakery and the corner and enough parking spaces.

Very neat rooms with good beds and nice large bathroom with shower and bath!Kitchen also large enough with oven, microwave and 4 burner electric hob.Dishwasher also available and large refrigerator with large freezer compartment.And questions were answered quickly via email/app. Very close to Europapark, just 10 minutes by car! Will definitely come back here again! Very good price-quality ratio!

1. Room: Only got three stars for a decent average, not because it's necessarily bad or particularly good, but because the furnishings are okay for sleeping.2. Service: It could be that we simply had unlucky days, but despite repeated calls over the working days, no one answered the service number provided.3. The town itself looked promising for quiet nights, but we were rather disappointed. It was usually very loud and restless outside and didn't make it particularly easy for us to sleep.Overall, a well to sufficient rating.

Worst of all, the kitchen was dirty, the oven hadn't been cleaned, all the door handles weren't tight (some of them remained in the hand), the vacuum cleaner didn't work, the TV was hardly usable and the duvet and pillows left something to be desired. Hair from the predecessor (hopefully just the predecessor) was still in the shower drain strainer. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was far too weak and unfortunately you have to dislocate your shoulder joint to reach the toilet paper.

We arrived and couldn't get in. Tried to reach the owners many times but could not be reached. We first went to eat something because our children were very tired from the ride and were hungry. The kitchen was far too small and barely suitable for 10 people. There was no living room.

Our family of 5 had a great experience parking spaces specially adequate for my big SUV was a plus!!! Cleanliness on point, perfect location. I will definitely stay here again.

The photos are very well done to tempt you but the reality is quite different. The door opening system is chaotic and very poorly explained, there isn't much for cooking and the bedding is as unpleasant as possible.

Very succinct, big problem with one of the doors, minimalist duvets, no furniture or shelf to put toiletries in the bathroom, impossible to eat for 12 in the kitchen even if the apartment is rented for 12, and the big downside: 12 people but 1 bathroom with toilets inside!!! This deserves at least separate toilets.

Apartment OK.... Bathroom with no counter space, too few towels, hairdryer was not available. TV didn't really work. After a phone call they said someone would come and check, but that didn't happen.... Bed linen could be replaced. Apartment 1 is at the top... It's very tiring to climb all the steps with luggage. There was no mention until the day before our arrival that it was the top apartment. With app1 you could assume that it is the 1st apartment below.
