We clearly feel that profitability comes first. We had to ask for a parking solution to be offered to us.You must adapt your advertisement when you cannot provide parking, especially when a reservation cannot be canceled.It's a shame that given the price, there is only one person at reception temporarily.Otherwise clean and near the park.

We were here for the first time. It is very close to Europa Park and can be reached quickly, especially with small children (3&2)The rooms are unfortunately very, very tight, but you only stay to sleep. A bit stupid for the kids because they like to play on the floor. The rooms are also very noisy.Breakfast was okay, everyone found something.We will only get a hotel directly from Europapark next time because we have a baby with us and unfortunately something like that would be too small and too noisy for both parties. But otherwise when the children are older :)

The Hotel Parkblick is in an excellent location, just a few steps from Europa Park. The breakfast was great, it had everything you needed and was plentiful. The staff was friendly. The room was enough for one night and since you're spending the whole day in the park anyway, it's not a big deal if it's not huge. There was enough space for two adults and two children.

Unfriendly and no goodwill - disappointing experienceUnfortunately we had a very bad experience with this hotel. Our children became ill at short notice, which is why we were unable to make the trip. Despite this unfortunate situation, the hotel showed no understanding and not only charged the full amount for the stay, but also charged an administration fee. That was very disappointing for us, especially because we couldn't do anything about it due to the circumstances.To make matters worse, customer service was rude and not at all responsive. You got the feeling that they didn't care what happened. A little more humanity and goodwill would have made the situation more bearable for us. We are very disappointed and definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed with this hotel, very aging, poorly maintained.A very small bedroom for 3, very average cleaning, bathroom with no storage.Very very poorly soundproofed, we had the impression that the occupants above were staying with us because we could hear them talking so much.Only the location of the hotel, 5 minutes from Europapark, was appreciable.

There was no one there to check in on the day of arrival. After many attempts, someone finally answered the phone. The person overslept and can't be there until after 9 a.m. Of course we wanted to be in the park.But it shouldn't be a problem as she simply leaves the key for us.Due to the lack of instructions and the lack of a parking space, we also received a ticket.We would have liked new towels so we threw them on the floor.(According to the note in the bathroom you should do this too)Unfortunately one towel was hung up again and the other was taken away. Which is why the two of us only had one towel.But the cleaning lady probably thought she was clever and left a piece of paper that you could fill out to avoid having to buy new towels (we didn't do that), make it disappear, or simply fill it out yourself.The reception was of course not occupied at this time.Unfortunately, that was the first and last time for us in this guesthouse.We've never been as annoyed as we are here.

Great location, everything else was a flop.Everything is done here to ensure maximum profit with minimal investment. Rooms, especially the beds, are a disaster, breakfast buffet is just the cheapest of the cheap. No fresh things, all plastic-wrapped stuff. We paid 600 euros for 4 nights here, so I expect more than this kind of rubbish. Price/performance ratio is underground. Never in this place again.

Great: Clean, spacious room, convenient parking, friendly, courteous and accommodating staff.The opening hours are restricted but the staff adapt very easily and provided us with the keys in an envelope with our name in a safe and gave us the code. So no stress about arrival time.Very close to the park, 5 min walk. Multitude of choices for breakfast.

Perfect location for Europa ParkThe shower stall in the room hung down and the bathroom smelled like manure and the toilet smelled like manureRadiator full of dust in the general room smells very like mold, had a coughing fit and for the price I'd rather spend more money and stay overnight in the parkThe room is very noisy, you can hear everything and everyone

We had an apartment. Parking space included!! Also available all day on the day of departure!Terrace - own entrance. The living room was functionally furnished. There was another bunk bed here. Fridge, TV, sofa, table with bench and two chairs.Unfortunately there is no shoe rack or wardrobe here (was passed on as a suggestion)On the upper floor you came directly into a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Through the room at the end of the hallway there was a bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower. There was plenty of storage space. Air conditioning is not available. But there are plenty of fans on site.The breakfast was completely sufficient. Rolls -cake-yogurt-toast-bread-sausage-cheese-egg-scrambled eggs-bacon-sausages-coffee-tea-o-juice-The service at breakfast is great. Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly. If something is missing, it will be refilled immediately.You can have breakfast both inside and outside.Dogs are welcome here.The distance to Europa Park is about 200m. Great!! It couldn't be better

Room was okay for one night. 3 stars are only given because of the terrace. Because the room wasn't clean at all even though it was cleaned. There was a red liquid on the door (blood?) and it smelled. It was also extremely hot in the room but the ceiling fan almost fell from the ceiling and after a certain time the other one started to pollute the whole room with a disgusting smell. Breakfast was good. In an emergency you can book here but otherwise I don't recommend it because €95 is too much for an 8 square meter room that isn't even really clean

Great value for money! Small rooms but very clean. The breakfast was hearty and we could start off our day quite well. There were quite a lot of vegetarian options available for breakfast. Europapark entrance was just 5 minute walk from the hotel which was perfect. They also have free parking.

Left in shock and with screeching tires. Awful. Not at all like the photos on the site. Upon arrival there was a big mess outside. The room/loft was cramped, small and low. You could easily touch the ceiling. Window decoration was broken on the window. Ventilator had seen its best days. Bugs inside flew around your ears. worn-out loft and for a lot of money. Looked like a student house. Upset child who didn't want to stay there either.swimming pool? Well, not seen, it was covered with a piece of old woodThe photos on the site are certainly not correct. A waste of 500 euros!!

Everything was very good, it was clean and the staff was very, very nice. The park is also nearby, and we went with a small dog, who was welcomed. Everything was fine, the breakfast was also delicious.
