Any time…Super great accommodation, very clean, comfortably furnished apartment.Simply to feel good.Very loving hosts.A big compliment - contactless check-in, via a key box system.This really appealed to us after a long car journey.Rich, delicious breakfast buffet.We will definitely come back to this accommodation.

Super nice contact on the phone, we booked directly at the guesthouse. The price was cheaper for us than via a booking platform. Check-in was great, easy via a key box. We booked breakfast as an option. Many thanks to all the staff. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay, welcoming staff and pleasant, clean apartment kept our bags for us while waiting for the keys to be handed over to us, took them up to the apartment, allowed us to keep them until midday while waiting for the taxi. There were 6 of us. We will come back with pleasure. We strongly recommend

Stayed here last week Oct 18/21, 2024.Large Deluxe 2 apartment 4 bedrooms large living room 2 bathrooms and large kitchen with everything you need.Because of the large kitchen, we decided to make our own breakfast every morning instead of the €11 pp per day that they charge at the apartment complex.The 2nd time we stay here for a few days at Europapark and Rulantica. The first time check-in was a bit more difficult, but now you are assigned a key box the day before in which the key is placed so that you can check in at any time of the day. The next morning we went to check-in, so it was very well organised. Top location for a few days at Europapark and Rulantica!

We have already stayed at the guesthouse twice and were very satisfied! The accommodation is nicely furnished and clean, there is plenty of choice for breakfast and, above all, fresh rolls (no baked goods)! We'll be back!

We spent 2 days as a family (5 adults and 5 children) in a large apartment (deluxe3), spacious, clean, functional.We had difficulties with the induction cooker and despite difficulties in understanding (French-German) someone came to help us out in 5 minutes.We did not encounter any problems in booking, payment and other matters.

TO RUN AWAY! Be especially careful of people who don't speak German. He asks you to cancel your reservation made on booking and then pay them in cash with the booking fees.Reception by telephone with a person who speaks English to you and telling you to hurry up while you are being scammed!

Good location to stay overnight if you go to Europa Park. Excellent room and private parking.We left a charger behind when we left, which was neatly sent to us to the Netherlands. That is great service!

A good place to sleep if you go to Europa Park. It is only a 10 minute walk from the entrance.It is an apartment of approximately 50m2 with beds for 4 people, kitchen (vitro, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and services for 4 people), bathroom with shower and a small garden area.

Worst experience ever-Rude owner. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a rude and condescending attitude by the owners.As far as the equipment is concerned, I will just leave the photo without comment.There are many better options in the area with friendlier and more professional owners.

We had a 2 room apartment for three days, it was very nice and, above all, quite large - one day we tried the breakfast, but since we are not big good morning eaters, we wanted to test it out. If necessary, there is a bakery 9 minutes away on foot - The breakfast offering is very good, the only negative aspect I have (but it's also my fault) I don't like coffee from a fully automatic machine :) I would have liked filter coffee here, but you can also make yourself in the apartment. We got free parking tickets for Europ Park, but it can also be reached on foot in 12 minutes, as you can get to the main entrance via the reserved parking lot. The only thing I didn't like was all the gravel in the parking lot that the guesthouse gives you, maybe that will be changed again? Especially when you want to turn the car, the stones are really annoying and could easily fly to the side through the tires. Service was also very important here. We tried to answer all questions to our complete satisfaction, we will definitely come back, but 772 km is not exactly around the corner :)

Thieves. There were 4 of us in total, we spent one night there during a stay at Europapark. Baby cockroaches/insects infesting floors and beds. When we left the next day, they demanded 15 euros for using the towels made available to the comedians. Avoid this establishment, even more so if you are French.
