Small, very nice guesthouse with a very courteous and friendly owner.Rooms are lovingly and individually furnished. Bathroom new and everything very clean.Mattresses very comfortable and high quality.The breakfast buffet surpasses everything and offers everything down to the smallest detail and in excellent quality.Special requests for a sore throat were fulfilled immediately and were arranged again the next day without being asked.The parking lot opposite is easy to reach and checking in is easy using the access code.Centrally located and recommended.

The location of the guesthouse is good and the old town and the sights are within walking distance.The room is functionally and comfortably furnished and lovingly decorated.The guesthouse landlady, Mrs. Seering, is warm, open-minded and personally ensures the well-being of the guests.The breakfast room is designed with a lot of love and a sense of comfort.The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious.The homemade jams deserve special mention. We had 28 different varieties to choose from.

We stayed in this guesthouse for 1 week on the recommendation of a very satisfied guest and were totally thrilled.The room is tastefully and comfortably furnishedThe modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.Everything is very clean and well maintained, you feel completely comfortable.The owner, Ms. Seering, is warm and open-mindedand puts a lot of heart and soul into the well-being of your guests, so that this guesthouse can rightly be described as an “oasis of well-being”.The breakfast room is also designed with a lot of love and a sense of cosiness. The breakfast buffet is always fresh,varied and absolutely delicious, they are awesomeat least 18 homemade jams!!!Directly opposite there is a closed parking lot for guests.The location is central but still quiet and only a few minutesfrom the center and train station. Large and beautiful room (No. 3), a modern bathroom, clean and lots of shelves. A lovingly made breakfast. Very nice and attentive boss. Plus a closed parking lot (we were there with motorcycles) and a central location in Wernigerode. Very happy again…!

We stayed at the guesthouse over the weekend and were more than satisfied. Good room. Drinks fridge for sale in the hallway at moderate prices. Beer 🍺 1.80€. Wine 🍷 and sparkling wine also in the fridge. Breakfast really great. Very large selection. Everything you want is there. About 15 homemade jams to choose from. Varied egg dishes in the morning. Coffee top. Lovingly furnished breakfast room. Very, very friendly hostess. We will be back definitely. Thank you 😊

Everything is just great. Great guesthouse with attention to detail. You feel very comfortable here. We were 4 couples and chose the guesthouse as a destination for a weekend tour with our Eastern motorcycles to Wernigerode.Everything was perfect and thanks for the storage space for our motorcycles. Breakfast is a culinary journey of discovery. We have rarely had such a rich and tasty breakfast. We'd love to come back. The rooms are great, the buffet is unique. The agent has a very warm smile and the employee is always very nice and accommodating. The Orchidee accommodation can be recommended 100%. We have already booked again for October 2019. Keep it up.

The Altstadtpension Orchidee in Wernigerode is a beautiful and tastefully furnished accommodation. There is a lot of love in the details, especially in the breakfast room. The breakfast was very varied, tasty and well prepared - it was a great way to start the day. For its inner-city location, it was surprisingly quiet, especially at night. Ms. Seering welcomed us in a friendly manner - her winning manner set a special tone - she was open to our wishes - you can feel that she puts her heart and soul into it. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The two of us booked two nights. That was the right decision. The guesthouse is very lovingly designed and has a cozy atmosphere. The room and bathroom were clean, tastefully decorated and very large. We slept really well, which is not least thanks to the good beds. The location is really central and you can reach both the city center and the train station in just a few minutes. The breakfast buffet is rich and very tasty. There is a coffee and tea kitchen where you can prepare your own drinks. A microwave is also available. This was a really great treat when you want to have a cup of coffee or warm up after a long day. I can fully recommend the guesthouse. The landlady is very nice and you just feel comfortable.
