Superb little hotel, easy access. parking space, super welcoming and kind staff. We arrived at night and everything was well explained to access the room. We had a very small room which was fine for the night. Very nicely decorated and good bedding. Magnificent breakfast room superbly decorated and what can we say about the king's lunch 🤴🏻 delicious, magnificent gourmet. Well done to the team 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We spontaneously spent the long weekend in Ortenau and came across the inn while looking for a nice place to stay overnight.Everything is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Our room was small but nice and completely sufficientThe á la carte breakfast is very well prepared and the friendly staff leaves nothing to be desired.We'll definitely be back!

Our room corresponded to the description, was well maintained and very clean. The bathroom, although small, was new and sparkling clean. Completely sufficient for us.What is particularly noteworthy is the lovingly prepared breakfast. You can't eat as much as you want 😋😅Furthermore, I can only thank you for the many restaurant tips. The service orientation here is 100% 👍Very well located for visiting Europa-Park, which is only a few minutes' drive away.

Unexpectedly received a free upgrade from the old to the new building. Check-in was explained in advance by telephone, so that we did not have to be there before a certain time. Room was very spacious, new, neat, clean, cool (air conditioning!). Best hotel experience ever, almost nothing to complain about!Parking was available close to our stay. Breakfast was unique, something for everyone.Europapark and Rulantica 10-15 minutes away.

I would like to appreciate the owner for his hospitality in this amazing apartment and new building , everything is new in apartment , I stay for 3 nights with my family and we are enjoying in this apartment my kids love this place and feel very comfortable, happy like my house and tomorrow we will leave for check out, sure we came back to this beautiful apartment.I would like to thanks again for all service .Highly recommended hotel ❤️

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Parking spaces were also directly at the property. The breakfast was really delicious and beautifully prepared. You could always order something more. Very friendly, helpful and warm people. It was my friend's birthday and the breakfast table was also beautifully decorated. It was only 10 minutes by car to Europa Park. We would like to come again!

The rooms are beautifully furnished in the Black Forest style and the old half-timbering is beautifully integrated. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always has a friendly small talk. The breakfast was also delicious and very nicely prepared. We felt we were in good hands and will be back.

Clean and well maintained rooms.Super nice staff eager to help!The food was good, even though it was not buffet.The only bad thing about the hotel is that it is located right next to a church, so there is bells going on Ine the night.Would definitely go again.

We have never seen such warm hospitality, clean rooms that are maintained every day and a fabulous breakfast prepared individually to order with fresh regional and organic ingredients! Homemade baking is also done here.I can highly recommend the ox (name of the breakfast with sausages, wild boar balls, scrambled eggs, etc.), but vegetarians and vegans definitely don't miss out here either! Absolutely nothing is standard here and they try to make the impossible possible :)We also find the key safe in the house very practical, as it makes it possible to arrive at any time. It's only 15 minutes by car to Europa Park.Our conclusion: just staying here is pure vacation and creates the basis for great days in Europa Park and the southern Black Forest!It's definitely not the last time we've been here and we'll be back :)

We were there as a large group (adults, children and young people) on the 22nd-23rd. We stayed in three apartments in June 2024 and really enjoyed our stay!I have rarely experienced such hospitality! The boss gave us such a warm welcome and we felt very welcome as a group!We came from Switzerland to spend two days in Europa Park - with an overnight stay at the Gasthaus der Ochsen, and the uncomplicated key issue with keybox code was perfect for us! So after the first day in the park we were able to arrive and check in relaxed. The journey from the park takes 10-13 minutes, depending on traffic.The apartments are newly made, very tasteful and beautiful and we enjoyed that there is a coffee machine and capsules in the kitchen. Another plus point: it has lots of sockets. So there was no jockeying for cell phone charging space.The beds are very comfortable, the place is quiet and we all slept well.Before that, we took a detour to the pizzeria, which is also highly recommended.When we saw the large selection for breakfast in the morning, the children almost freaked out with joy! For us as a group of six children and young people, it was a positive surprise that everything was brought to the table. This completely eliminated the stress at the buffet (conflicts among the kids, noise and running around on our part).We were even allowed to make sandwiches upon request. We'll definitely be happy to come back!

The perfect hotel for the whole family! Nice staff, very nice rooms in Black Forest style, a great breakfast and a cozy atmosphere where you feel at home. Also just 10 minutes from Europa Park and in a very nice area! Can only recommend the hotel, will definitely come here again!

This is the best lodging location I’ve been in within Europe! Rooms are comfortable, living room and amenities are excellent, and the breakfast that comes with the room is fresh and immaculate. Fresh food from the farm made fresh to order is awesome! If you are going to Rulantica or Europa Park and would like a more affordable option this is the place. It’s worth way more than the price and the service is pristine. Very sweet ladies and everything of comfort you can think of you have within your apartment. Quality bose sound system, flat screen tv, a welcome fruit and snack basket, still and gas water daily, a Nespresso machine with many coffees/teas, and the list goes on. It’s a beautiful slice of heaven for a vacation spot. This picture is the ox breakfast freshly made with wild boar from the farm, fresh eggs, potatoes, etc all from the farm. Can’t beat this place!
