We came to eat as a family. We called and were told we had to be there by 5:30 p.m. After that it would otherwise be full. We arrived at 6 p.m. It was empty, except for the innkeeper who was sitting outside with a private friend. The landlord came in after us. We ordered the food. That was a ready dish. Afterwards we showed our gourmet block. The landlord said he couldn't accept that, he had already typed the meal and wasn't canceling it. Strangely enough, we didn't receive a receipt or anything like that and there's nowhere for him to type it. We still have to pay Block the full price. Then we asked him why he said his inn was full. He said to us at 7 p.m. there would be a funeral in the church above the inn and it would be late. The church was dark. I've never been to a funeral that was so late. This is a delay of 1.5 hours. From 5:30 p.m. where it was apparently full from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. when we were there. Nobody came to it. We don't recommend going there.

We were there to have coffee & cake and a vegetarian meal.The coffee was very thin and watery. Kitchen pieces were tiny and not recommended. There was meat in my vegetarian Schupfnudeln, which unfortunately isn't possible. The service was friendly, but after several requests for the bill it took 20 minutes before we were allowed to pay. Unfortunately not recommended.

We were there for dinner. I can't recommend it at all. Price/performance is not right. Above all, the quality of the food leaves something to be desired when we were there as a family. If you like bland tasting pork loin steak with a huge mountain of fries, this is the place for you! Clearly not a recommendation!

Greasy fries, unfriendly. Totally incomprehensible map. Schnitzel wakes you up with bread rolls from Lidl. Regulars' table is more important than a group of 12 people who want to eat and pay. Just sickening during carnival

We've been here several times for dinner. We can't say anything about the rooms. Food is excellent! Great menu, not too much and not too little. Everything we tried was delicious. Price-performance is right. And the landlord and the staff are super nice. Very nice but small beer garden in summer. We always enjoy coming here.

Hey guys, I've never seen anything as dirty as a hotel bathroom!The day was so hot andI didn't dare go into the shower because the water couldn't drain. Drain was blocked. And not just in the shower, also at the sink!So not recommended.

We stopped spontaneously on our bike tour from Federsee to Neu-Ulm. Very nice beer garden and the service was really nice. Everyone thought the food was delicious and at a really good price.We will come again.

We can only judge the restaurant that we visited with a group on Sunday afternoon. This was clean, service was okay, cake selection was ok. However, charging €6 for a cappuccino and a mini piece of poppy seed cake (which wasn't a big hit either) is a bit cheeky.Price performance definitely doesn't fit.

Nice restaurant in the center of the town in connection with the town hall, in direct connection to the beautiful church and the Grippen Museum, which is well worth seeing.Friendly service, peculiar host who is also a chef.The answer to the request for a weekly menu is “there is no such thing”, even though it is advertised on the internet. My meal corresponded to the menu, my wife's didn't in terms of side dishes! The impression was that “it was just available or what was left” because the previous tour group had mostly the same food. Sorry, please note that the supplements you receive are cheaper and therefore a €1 discount. Food so “la, la”, mainly prepared with ready-made ingredients. Overall disappointing!
