The owner used to stock the ponds with trout in front of the anglers, and there were easily 3-10 trout caught per day.Since these "underwater canals" have existed, you can be happy if you catch even one trout a day and it doesn't matter what day of the week, what time of year, what Monday, what time of day or what bait you use!This is my experience from over 30 visits!

For years I have noticed that we are catching fewer and fewer fish. In the last two years, on more than 7 visits, I and a friend had caught a maximum of 4 fish. Since the fish are supposedly brought in through an underwater canal, almost nothing has been caught. Fishing should be fun and you have fun when you catch something.I'll never go there again.

We rented pond 10 here in the best weather and had a very nice morning with good catches. You can park there directly at the rented pond and therefore don't have to walk long distances.

Top facility, unfortunately there was no weather protection hut at pond 6 when we were there on April 27th, 2024. Unfortunately, when it started raining heavily at 5 p.m., she offered no shelter. Unfortunately we had to stop because we were completely soaked. But it was still a great day!!

Have a nice weekend!!!The accommodation... very clean, simple, without a lot of chi-chi... but you don't need it. Everything you need is there!!!A warm welcome!!!And even though we didn't catch anything, we enjoyed the weekend to the fullest!!!We'd love to come back!!! 😃

Hello everyone, we went fishing in Weseloh again today. Unfortunately we got a little rain. But 36 good trout from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. With 2 people it's great 😀.

Hello dear Petri disciples, I was there for the first time with several people. And I have to say that everything went great. The rooms are a bit old, but they are working on them.And now to the fishing ponds:We rented a VIP pond for 5 people, the trout were in very good condition and the catch was great.From my personal experience, I can only recommend the fishing facility.

Hello or hello as we say here, I was at the Angelhof-Weseloh yesterday and I have to say I really enjoyed it, my son caught it and so did I!We both fished on spoons and one went on a float with a float. We caught three small perch, one better and it went with us!The trout were real hits, and the color was really beautiful, great quality!!!I was there 4 years ago with friends and they all caught something on floats, maggots and worms, but even a colleague who had never had a fishing rod in his hand had success!!!It's best to get a day ticket, it's cheaper, we had 4 hours and three fishing for 39 euros and later another 4 hours for 31 euros!People who stayed there were also very satisfied and only had good things to say!!!So dear team from Angelhof-Weseloh, keep it up like you are now and everything is pretty!!!Petri goes out to all fishing friends!Lg

Today we rented pond 6 with extra stock, 4 anglers had a really action-packed afternoon in a well-equipped and well-maintained facility.We landed around 30 good portions of trout and two large trout and will be back!

Went there for the Brataal buffet, the food was delicious and plentiful. The service was great, but the toilets weren't great... Maybe you should think about making an extra toilet for the restaurant so that it is separate from the anglers. They were very old and not so clean...

So I don't understand the one star reviews, just because you don't catch anything doesn't mean the whole system is shit. Catching trout in summer is also difficult, that's true, but you should be aware of that. A small, constantly growing family business :) and thanks to the owner for finding my cell phone back then 🙂. Unfortunately I couldn't stop by this year due to lack of money, or maybe next year. Rooms are great and are cleaned regularly, the prices are okay but you don't want to be petty 😁. But it would be better if you book with them and that fishing should be included in the price, but that's just my opinion. The mini golf course and the petting zoo don't bother me that much now 😉😃
