The location of the hotel on the main road is very convenient. Next door is a large spa with plenty of parking spaces.The conference was well organized and very well looked after.The room in the annex building could be reached via an underground passage. Good in the rain.The room was rather small and sparse.The lunch buffet was very tasty, but the salad buffet was quite clear.Unfortunately, dinner was exactly the opposite and you won't get full from it. All colleagues left hungry.The breakfast buffet was okay, but the wait for coffee was rather annoying.The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Stayed at the Parkhotel for 2 nights and the hotel itself makes a good impression.Our room was clean and in the best condition. What I honestly don't like is that the toilet is located right next to the bed, like in a kind of cupboard. You can't lock it, it's always open a small gap and as far as I can tell there's no deduction. So if someone wants to do a business, the other person can listen live.The staff is really nice and looks after a lot. But what I observed was that a cup of coffee and half an apple were lying or standing on a table the entire morning. Yes, the guests could also dispose of their garbage properly, but for 4 stars you could expect that it would be checked every now and then.There was a nice selection available for breakfast and I think everyone will find something here.For dinner we also opted for the 5-course menu, which was really tasty. But here again you had to pay for the drinks separately and I just find €8.9 for a bottle of water to be too much

Great sauna area and thermal baths, fitness and SPA area. Everything can be reached directly from the hotel and protected from view.The food (the 5 course menu was included in our package) was very tasty.The service staff is consistently nice and helpful.Unfortunately, this does not apply to the dinner team. Here it seemed rather annoying: long waits for the table to be seated, annoyed drinks, ordered drinks but not received or only received when asked but still charged for, clearing away without comment. We generally don't have a problem with "good people together", but it seems a bit out of place in a 4* hotel to be wished for a good appetite.All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The two of us were here for an extended wellness weekend. The rooms are nice, we had a balcony and the tablet in the room is a nice idea. Access to the thermal baths is also pleasant and the fitness room is very well equipped.Unfortunately, the thermal baths were always completely overcrowded, our room key suddenly stopped working, so we were sent back and forth twice in our bathrobes. We also found the waiting time for breakfast unreasonable for a 4 star hotel. The knock on the room door at 8 in the morning was also an absolute nonsense.Overall, very mixed and given the price, we wouldn't come again, which is a shame.

Great hotel, nice staff, delicious breakfast.Comfortable beds, modern, quiet rooms, interesting architecture, toilet takes some getting used to.Access to the Jordanbad is good, but unfortunately the bathroom was completely overcrowded.

Money seems to be more important here than the well-being and satisfaction of the guests!!As a gift I received a voucher from this hotel for a wellness weekend for me and my partner. Now we have been hit with Corona, also with symptoms. The question as to whether it would be possible to postpone in such a case was answered in the negative - in the event of a cancellation, the voucher will expire. When I asked specifically whether we would be allowed to come with Corona in such a case, the employee's statement was word for word: "Yes, if you dare to do that. There are no longer any requirements from our side." (Phone call on September 25th).So now I have the choice to let the voucher with a value of almost €600 expire or to go on the trip despite Corona. This would mean that we would diligently distribute Corona among the guests and employees in the hotel. In addition, we wouldn't get much out of the weekend because we wouldn't be able to take advantage of the offers/opportunities on site because we're sick.With a heavy heart, we have now decided to let the voucher amounting to almost €600 (!!!) expire because we cannot reconcile with our conscience knowingly exposing other guests to the risk of becoming infected with Corona (which is what... hotel doesn't seem to matter). I just checked: it is still possible to book a room (same category) for this weekend - i.e. it wouldn't have even made a financial loss/difference for the hotel if we had been allowed to postpone the weekend!!! I am simply stunned and disappointed at how little emphasis is placed on protecting guests and making guests feel comfortable and welcome.This was definitely not the intention of my family, who put together a special gift to make me happy with the voucher for my 30th birthday and to enable me to relax and spend time together with my partner - which I urgently needed. Now, thanks to the hotel's lack of goodwill, the opposite has happened: frustration and disappointment.With this in mind, I can only strongly advise against purchasing a voucher for this hotel!!!!Small addition: I read more reviews and there were a few others who had the same experience as me. So this doesn't seem to be an isolated case, which once again confirms that I STRONGLY advise against purchasing vouchers for this hotel...

We stayed at the Parkhotel for one night including a thermal bath. We opted for the Earlier Check offer, 5 course menu and use of the thermal bath.Our Comfort Plus room with balcony was super nice. Large, very stylish in color, bed super comfortable, bathroom with shower and very good lighting. The toilet separately. Everything is really tip top. Balcony big enough. Our room was equipped with a carpet, which we found incredibly comfortable. The room has everything you need. The big mirror, awesome.Service: Everyone was super nice. That's how service works.Food: Dinner, very tasty. You can choose between a meat or fish dish, or a vegetarian dish.The breakfast buffet was brilliant. Everything lovingly prepared and an incredible selection.It's easy to find your way around the hotel, everything is well signposted. From the hotel you can go directly to the thermal bath. Bathrobes and towels are provided by the hotel for this purpose.We definitely want to come back. In terms of price, everything was absolutely reasonable. It's also a 4 star hotel, and rightly so.There are also plenty of parking spaces available.
