Were only there for dinner, in the evening. Top quality steak with fresh mushrooms, my wife's meal too, without any complaints. There was also a mixed salad with a very successful dressing. We'll be back...😋

I went there for dinner with friends. The food was very good. The location right on a street was less nice. The terrace and the furniture were a bit old and the atmosphere wasn't very comfortable, which is why I can only give it four stars. Service and food were top and actually deserved five stars. So if you stop there to have something to eat, you're in good hands here. We all loved the dishes. I can't say anything about the hotel and the guest rooms inside because they weren't used.

We reserved two rooms at the inn to stay overnight after visiting the Korbmacher brewery. When we entered the inn we immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke, even though there were clearly visible signs in several places announcing a smoking ban. When checking in, the rooms had to be paid for in cash as payments with EC cards were not possible. At 8:00 p.m. there were no other customers in the restaurant, and unfortunately we couldn't eat anything or get a beer because the innkeeper was already closing. After check-in we received the keys and learned that one of the rooms did not have its own toilet. We would have liked this information on the homepage or when booking. Another disappointment was the furnishings in the rooms, which looked very old and worn and smelled musty. When we asked whether it would be possible to move into another room, we were denied this in a harsh tone. On the positive side, we were informed in advance that there would be no breakfast. The rooms themselves were clean, despite heavy signs of wear. The check-out had to take place by 9:00 a.m. The woman who took the keys was much nicer than the gentleman the night before. Overall, it can be said that the 60 euros per room per night is in no way justified, especially since one of the rooms even had no toilet. I would definitely not recommend staying here overnight.Further pictures of the washing facilities in the rooms can be found in previous reviews, which I should have read in advance.
