We spent a relaxing weekend on the beautiful farm for the fourth time and fell in love with the great ponies again 🥰 beautiful rides, qualified lessons, comfortable accommodation, great surroundings and nice people 😍 thank you very much

Despite the poor weather, the holiday at the Quinkenhof was very nice. The Quinken family are great hosts, always friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again when the broken leg has completely healed.

Had a very nice week at the Quinkenhof.The apartments are clean and functional. If you're looking for great luxury here, you're in the wrong place, but that's not what you're going on a riding holiday for.There is a bread roll service and you can get chilled drinks on the farm. In between, little things like waffles or stick bread are offered.I haven't ridden regularly for years and it was my first time riding Icelandic horses. Really, I was pleasantly surprised by the horses. They are fearless, well-mannered and really well trained. You can learn a lot from the animals, but the riding lessons offered by Greta and Miriam are also very good. Both took the time to explain and responded to us individually.The Quinke family also breeds Icelandic horses, so if I were to get another horse, this would definitely be one of my first ports of call.Yoga is also offered. Children are very busy here, there is a great playground, lots of animals and a lot to discover.You can bring your own dogs, the area is excellent for going for a walk.The WiFi in the yard is a disaster and there is no network either. If you want to switch off here, the Quinkenhof is the right place for you ☺️

We had a very nice weekend 😍 The farm is simply a dream. Wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, great riding facility with ambitious teachers/trainers and very good horses. Everything is just right here. We'll definitely be back with father and son ☺️ Thanks for everything

Very nice farm with great play opportunities for children, great horses and other animals. You don't see your own children all day because they are 'busy'. The team is incredibly nice and committed! A really great holiday in a great landscape!The rooms/apartments are practical and very well equipped! We have booked again for next year!

We were guests of the Quinke family in late spring 2022 with 4 people, 3 horses and 4 dogs. At first we were a bit skeptical because there were several school classes with us on the farm, but we didn't notice them during our visit due to how spacious it was. But the extraordinary hospitality of the entire family including fresh welcome waffles. The apartment was immaculately furnished and clean.The horses were well housed and cared for. The only thing is that the other paths are rocky in places, so you should plan for this.It was great value for money and we would definitely come back!

Thanks to the good group dynamics of all the holiday guests, I hardly got to see my children 🤭 There are a number of other leisure activities in the area and the farm also offers enough variety for children. If you are open to others, you will quickly have sufficient connections. There are riding options for beginners and advanced riders. There are costs, but activities elsewhere also cost. So everything is rounded off well and not too expensive on site. We'll be back next year :)

Very nice team, cheap and good riding lessons. The Quinke family has many great activities in their program. Next to the riding school there are sheep, a few chickens and a stream to play in. The apartments were well equipped and comfortable. We felt very comfortable there as a family. In the area you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking and of course horse riding.

Wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, great riding facility with ambitious teachers/trainers and very good horses. A small animal stable and overall very nice, individually designed places to play join the bread service and a riding room as a central point of contact. The apartments are large and comfortably furnished and leave little to be desired in terms of the individual family situation.

We like to come back every year. A really great farm with super nice people and great Icelandic horses with competent riding lessons! We feel very comfortable and in good hands there. Nice playground for the children, barbecue facilities, great scenery, bread roll service to the apartment door, etc. Everyone is very helpful and helpful so you don't miss anything. Class riding school on well-trained school horses. Great rides and good riding lessons for adults and children!

We felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed with our dogs and horses. It was cozy and familiar. TheThe riding area is fantastic - or great (ebike) tours are possible. All in all a successful short vacation. Highly recommended!

7 days with 3 girls at a riding stable. A crazy idea? Not really. The Quinkenhof and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for “non-riders”. The facts: The Quinkenhof offers great accommodation for every group size with its holiday apartments. We stayed in Ziska's kitchen. The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. Missing little things such as B. a bread knife were supplied upon request. A breakfast service provided fresh bread rolls every morning. The girls had a lot of fun with riding lessons and guided rides. The friendly Quinkenhof team also knew how to impress from a professional standpoint and were able to give valuable tips for rides at home. At this point, best wishes to Tina and her team. Goats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and of course a farm dog complete farm life.Due to Corona, social hours with other residents were the exception. However, the farm offers plenty of options: countless barbecue areas, stick bread on the fire basket, waffles in the afternoon or even archery at the rubber wild boar.Interesting excursion destinations can be found not only on the Internet (Wi-Fi is free), but also in the "guest folder", which can be found in every apartment. Games and books keep you entertained for a short while. If that's not enough for you: A TV is also available in the apartment.After a week we went home with a heavy heart and will definitely come back again. LG Matthias, Dani, Karo and Hannah.
