I stayed at the hotel for two nights on business, checking in was difficult as no one was there. The key was left somewhere. Rooms nice and quaint and clean. The sink drips, you get wet feet when brushing your teeth. The shampoo dispenser is hanging there, it's just empty.Parking situation is difficult, only with a parking disc for 2 hours.There wasn't a soul to be found when checking out, you can call the number given... there's just no one there...

We were out and about in Neuenrade yesterday. I spent a wonderful evening there. Everything was great again. Gladly again.

We ate here and the food was simply great for two days in a row, the price was justified for the portion and the staff was amazing. Requests are kindly accepted. Simply great greetings from Austria

We had dinner here today with 5 people. The food tasted very tasty. The staff was really nice and attentive. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, some of the food was only lukewarm... you have to wait a long time for drinks and the service leaves a lot to be desired 😒
