Good hotel in an old building style in the center of Hemer.Room clean, with TV and small fridge.One point of criticism, the bathroom is not in the booked room, but in the hallway and is accessible to all visitors living there.You can also hear visitors left and right, rooms are separated from their neighbors by a locked door. The neighbor next to me listened to music loudly all night or watched TV in a loud atmosphere. That doesn't work ..Unfortunately I can't say much about the service, but the owner sounds friendly and was able to reserve a room for two nights straight away.Otherwise recommended!

Renovated, super nice, very clean, well organized.But: huge differences in the rooms.Had two different apartments.app. 21: modern, a huge bathroom, enough seats, great kitchen (but everything is under the roof and cannot be darkened).App 1: renovated and with shutters but tiny, older bathroom with the smallest shower, only a refrigerator and microwave, dishes for one person, no possibility of washing, tiny, low armchairs and everything is very noisy and noisy because it is right at the entrance house.Got an upgrade by several levels - so there's no reason to complain.Communication, staff, callbacks and key handover were all very good.Location: 7 minutes walk to the central bus station, the city center and Hademareplatz.Conclusion: very different rooms and price categories. Bed linen, towels etc. everything was great.There is something for everyone.

This guesthouse has nothing to do with the pictures on the website... when asked, Mr. Nobody said it was the second location of the guesthouse, even though only one address was given. The yard could only be used at breakfast time. No breakfast, no courtyard. There is no mention at all that there is only a shared bathroom or one bathroom with toilet per living unit (we had 4 rooms). When asked, he said that he had left the accommodation unit for our sole use, but we had already checked out and were no longer on site... no one was personally there when we arrived. When we arrived, everything was done over the phone. We were initially told about the breakfast time between 8 and 9 a.m. because everything would be fully booked??? You would have to split the times!! Huh??? So the rooms must have been rented out after all! Then we were able to agree on 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.The breakfast was ok, but at 14 euros it was way too expensive... homemade jam wasn't healthy and neither fruit nor vegetables...An explanation for this was also found...The breakfast fairy was a really nice lady.Conclusion... this accommodation is a sham from start to finish. Mr. Nobody was nice when booking, but he also wanted something! Please book the other address, it would be exciting to know whether the pictures of the house correspond to the pictures on the website...The location was good because we wanted to go to Sauerlandpark for a concert.Maybe good as a mechanic's room, and for one night it was fine for a double room for 90 euros plus 28 euros for breakfast, so you just expect a little more.Brief information about the bathroom... the light is outside, an elongated room: in the first third there is a curtain behind it, a heating system, etc. Then comes the shower cubicle, behind it a sink and the toilet. Nothing about squeegees or cloths so you can clean the shower... nice is different...The smoking room was a room in the basement that also served as a communal kitchen... not inviting. The smokers met outside on the street because there wasn't a yard...Regarding my rating... one star because I feel ripped offThe two stars for the room... they were clean and functional but without a private bathroom or toilet.Service 3 stars... they are only for the nice lady, two deducted for information and arrival service.The location... was good.It just has a bitter aftertaste when you feel like you've been taken for a ride (in a nice way, of course)...

My wife had an appointment at the lung clinic and had to be hospitalized. Unfortunately, the lung clinic guest house was completely full. That's where the advertising from Pension Nobody comes to mind. First the reception took place in the hallway, the location is directly on the main street. At this time there is also a construction site in the house. Now to the room under the roof, if you subtract the sloping roof, a maximum of 5 to 7 square meters should remain. The shared bathroom with toilet is shared with three other tenants. I find the price of €45 quite steep, breakfast is not included, which adds another €12.50 to the book. If you consider that the lung clinic charges between 50 and 60 € for the room with breakfast. The rooms are nicely furnished and with their own bathroom everyone can form their own opinion. I was in an emergency but will definitely not stay there again.

I'll be brief, I only need a few basic things for accommodation and I didn't even have that here.1. The most important thing for me is a decent bathroom so that I can take a shower. This is not the case here, with a half-square shower tub and a curtain that sticks and falls out, showering was terrible. The hygiene of the shower curtain is also questionable.2. The bed was decent, but the pillows are made of feathers, which is a big problem for someone who is allergic.3. Coffee, coffee... morning coffee is very important to me, especially on Sundays when there is nothing to do. There is a kettle and a coffee machine, the owners could at least leave two bags of Nesa.All in all, the space is ok. The pictures speak for themselves.

If there was a rating of 0, it would be for this apartment.I don't understand what the photos are on their website, and on the google page. 90 percent of the photos are either fake or maybe this guesthouse is in another location, so they use it for this guesthouse as well. Breakfast is mentioned on the website, when we asked about breakfast they said that there is no such thing.The heating works at 2%, the radiators have no water. If the heating is activated, the noise is so loud due to the lack of water that it is impossible to sleep. We had to turn off the radiators.The shower is a disaster. 40x40 curtain sticks to the body, water all over the toilet. After showering, I collected water on the toilet floor for 20 minutes.For the price of the apartment charged by this Keiner, you can find a lot of apartments with the same rooms and much better toilet and shower cabin, and that the complaining is correct.This guesthouse

Was assigned to the wrong room. Staff shouted at me completely disproportionately. I reacted accordingly. I made it clear that I was a paying customer and that it was the responsibility of the guesthouse owner to have their business administration under control. Furnace was broken and only had ice cold water on the floor all week. Bathroom wasn't cleaned for over 2 weeks. The owner in question probably took this personally and refused to allow me to book for next week and blocked me. Very childish number.
