We stayed in the Exclusive holiday home with two families (four adults and two children) on a long weekend in autumn. It was really busy, but still a great family trip with various leisure activities booked.

Our accommodation, house 121, was extremely dirty, it had clearly not been cleaned for a long time, which was really disappointing, especially for the price you paid for it. The freezer and dishwasher were broken and the shower and toilet still had signs of wear. Dust and hair everywhere, really dirty. The park also looks beautiful, nice playgrounds, good walking paths, nice swimming pool. There is a lot on offer at the park, unfortunately many things have to be paid extra for and the prices are high. Eating establishments are also all open after noon and the prices are also high. The staff mainly only speaks German and they don't look like they are having fun, even being treated very unfriendly in the swimming pool at the rocket, which is a shame. Furthermore, the layout is clumsy, which sometimes makes it really an anthill of people and it is far too busy everywhere. We will not come back even though the park is nice in terms of activities.

We booked two exclusive houses for our entire family and we hardly had anything to complain about. I was very concerned about the cleanliness reviews before my stay, which is why I even brought my own cleaning supplies/utensils. However, this proved unnecessary as our houses were well cleaned and I didn't have much to complain about. Only the shower gel could be refilled and salt in the dishwasher would certainly be useful. All in all, we had a wonderful time in the park and there are many ways to spend your time on the grounds. We would therefore like to come back. All inquiries via WhatsApp were responded to quickly, which was also very positive.

Basically a very nice park, but the houses are not clean.Garbage and dirty dishes from the visitors in front, the windows look like they have never been cleaned and on the whole just not sour and how you would like it to feel comfortable.

The positive first. The park itself is really beautiful and very thoughtfully built. You could have a really great vacation here. The playgrounds and activities are good, but sometimes too expensive. Three Kettcars cost €20 for one hour. And these are really ancient Kettcars. When we arrived on Monday, we visited the large restaurant in the entrance area. The drinks arrived wrong at first, but the right ones arrived on the second attempt. About 70 minutes later the food came. The food wasn't good but it was extremely expensive. Of course, waiting that long with small children is not so pleasant. We were allowed to move into the house at 4 p.m. The first impression: Great house but extremely dirty. Dust, crumbs, cobwebs, layers of smear and a strange smell everywhere. There were dirty dishes from previous guests in the dishwasher. There was a lot of dog hair on the sofa and as an allergy sufferer it really bothered me. In addition to the dirt in the kitchen, we noticed that the kitchen package was not there. The bathrobes and towels were also missing. Of course there was no soap in the toilets either. The hot tub outside was also really dirty and we had to wash it before using it for the first time. In the evening, when we had vacuumed and cleaned ourselves, we all noticed that our socks were black. In summary, the cleanliness was a disaster! The oven had a baking tray that was too small and could therefore only lie on the floor.I was at reception and complained about the cleanliness, mentioned the tray in the oven and mentioned the missing items. I was then handed a bag with the things at reception and told that someone would come to check on the oven and cleanliness. The next day there was cleaning, but the non-German or English-speaking employees left after five minutes. Of course it wasn't any cleaner. A very nice mechanic came to get the baking tray, but he didn't fix the problem. He also noted the cleanliness and said that it was a problem for the park.Of course we think the concept that all cars should be parked outside is great with children, but there are cars standing and driving around in the area. That should count for everyone. As we always do, we made the most of it and had a great time.Dear CenterParcs management: You can see from all the negative reviews that something is wrong with the cleanliness. 8 out of 10 are completely dissatisfied and disappointed! Why don't you act? Take action!!Your guests really pay a lot for their stay and can expect cleanliness!Take action!

We went to this park during fall break. We were allowed to move into our house from 4 p.m. Unfortunately it wasn't clean. At 6 p.m. (2 hours later) a cleaning crew stormed into the house, threw everything down and asked if the beds had been freshly made and left. We were very unsure whether we had clean bed linen or not. We then went to reception and were asked to understand. And it was said that the bed linen was definitely clean. No offer about whether you want new ones.We were there for the third time and each time we found a dirty house. You are assured that they are working on cleanliness, but almost a year later there is still no improvement. There was a pile of rubbish lying in front of our house for several days, but why it wasn't cleaned up was a mystery to us. Something else is beautiful. The swimming pool is great and we enjoyed using it. The food is good, but relatively expensive for what you get.

We had booked a VIP house for 8 people. Costs for 4 nights were over €2,100! The price-performance ratio is subpar if you notice upon arrival that the house has obviously not been cleaned properly (dirty floors, work surfaces, fittings, drains, mirrors, windows, etc.), nor the promised services such as bed linen, Made beds, towel package and kitchen package were available upon arrival from 4 p.m. Complaints about defects are not processed correctly or incompletely. In some cases, subsequent complaints were not implemented at all because certain staff were off work at 4 p.m. Then you stand there and can remove the contaminated bed linen from all eight beds yourself and re-upholster it again. Some household appliances also do not work properly, such as the stove, coffee machine or warm water in the kitchen. The staff in the “Market Place” mostly seems listless and not particularly friendly. The catering prices for the service offered are outrageous and overpriced. Even the integrated supermarket sometimes has prices that are way too high. The varied leisure activities mostly have to be paid for for good money. The good location, the beautiful grounds and the great water park are not enough for the prices quoted. Conclusion: The most expensive and dirtiest holiday home for me so far.
