On the way to Spain, very pleasant, otherwise more of a permanent camping site

We didn't use the campsite, but the RV parking area in front of it. That's why I can't comment on the campsite as such. But think that the good overall impression is a reflection of the place. The lake within the square is beautiful. What's less nice is that I can't use the paths around the lake with my dog. There are probably reasons for this, it is apparently common in Lower Saxony. The restaurant only opened in the evening. The shop was now closed after the peak season. You had to get fresh bread rolls in the next village. The reception was only occupied temporarily. The price for a pitch with electricity is over €22. The problem was the disposal of gray water. Somewhere there was a manhole that was covered with a lid. When the gray water was drained, the drain was simply full, probably because it was blocked. This is a harsh point of criticism, because things sometimes go wrong and cannot be remedied so quickly. As a result, supply and disposal receive a negative rating from me, especially for larger vehicles. The so-called bucket emptying is of course always possible, as is chemical toilet disposal. So if you have more than 50 liters. If you have to dispose of it, you will have problems.

Friendly welcome. Were neatly brought to our spot. Very large campsite with a large swimming pool, unfortunately it was a bit too cold there for the end of September. Toilet buildings look neat. It's a bit strange if you want to take a shower that you have to put the coin in on the outside and you don't know how long you have to shower. You can clearly hear the highway that is just outside the campsite.

We spent two nights here with the motorhome. Very nice owners, clean sanitary facilities. The view of the Steller Lake is simply amazing. The restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious and the prices were completely reasonable. There is also a bread roll service. Here the only negative thing we can say would be the pick up time from 8:00am to 9:00am very early. The highway didn't bother us at all since we come from a big city. Thank you for the nice hospitality.

So unfortunately we only stayed here for 2 nights with our caravan from 09/18/24 - 09/20/24 and we were super excited. The place has a really great location, the lake is just great... and the water is as turquoise as when you're on holiday on the Adriatic 🤗.... We'll definitely be back next year for a longer tour. Keep it up Jana and Björn, I'm relaxed, friendly and you can tell you do your job with enthusiasm.Kind regards Stefan and Karin from Papenburg.... at In.... campingmitstamm😜

The spark absolutely jumped!!!My daughter and I had a cozy girls' weekend in the sleeping barrel.Everything in the barrel was really well thought out!! 1 large window in the very wide sleeping area, which we left completely open throughout the night to ventilate, but the two of us were still able to lie comfortably together. The small windows next to the door were already tilted when it was handed over. It's very nice that this was thought of... And all windows were provided with intact mosquito nets - very well thought out there too ♡It was very neat and impeccable in the barrel - as if we were the very first guests...The place is just nice!! Hosts open and friendly, fellow campers chilled and deeply relaxed. The lake is simply a dream!! When the sun shines on it and you see through bright turquoise water all the way to the sandy bottom, you think of a lagoon...The sanitary facilities were simple and clean. I don't even know when they were cleaned, this "fairy" must have been invisible - but constantly in action because it was always spotless! Even the exhausting and unfortunately omnipresent spider stuff couldn't be seen inside! We were really sad to give up the key after 3 days and will definitely come back!!
