Family run and really family atmosphere. Beautiful, time-honored building. The breakfast with “Inselradio” Ms. Extra is legendary! We love it!

Very nice, somewhat rustic, family-run guesthouse with that certain extra ;-), where we mostly felt very welcome, even with small children.The rooms were a bit old and the bathroom in particular needed modernization, but the atmosphere is special. Ms. Extra gives event tips over breakfast in the morning and also likes to tell one or two funny anecdotes from many years at Villa Charlotte. Even though it was our first time there, we were treated like long-time guests. Speaking of breakfast: The breakfast buffet is very rich, so there is something tasty for everyone. The only drawback was the late breakfast time - for us (!) - because we have a few very early risers in the family. :-)It is very nice for families that there are many games and toys that you can borrow for free.Another plus is the location: Villa Charlotte is practically in the middle of the action. You have everything you need in terms of shops in the immediate vicinity and you can quickly get to the harbor and the beach.Thank you for the pleasant stay and the wonderful holiday on Juist! :)

Very, very, friendly owner and well-kept rooms. Nice breakfast with a lot of choice and delicious 😋 things. Small children very welcome. It is located in the middle of the town center, where everything can be reached quickly, e.g. Rossmann, Sparkasse, bike rental and good restaurants. It is also very close to the beach. 3-5 minutes walk around the corner. Very nice, we would love to come back.

It was a great vacation. We are very relaxed. Great vacation with dog, very satisfied. The whole team would love to come back, they were very family friendly, as if they had known each other for years. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the Extra family and team

Hotel is a bit old but always clean and tidy. The price is extremely reasonable for the location. Bathrooms need to be renovated. But totally ok for the stay. Food top. Great buffet for breakfast and 3 course dinner every (!) evening except Sunday. Perfect for children too. The leader lends a hand and is very friendly and has an infectious Nordic humor. 5min to beach. 10min from the ferry. Perfect, everything within walking distance. No better price/performance can be found on Juist.

A beautiful guesthouse. Rooms are very nice and are cleaned every day.All employees and vacationers are very friendly and familiar.😊Ms I would recommend the guesthouse to everyone, I also met very nice people. And for my dog 🐕 Alvin was a very nice experience who would also be loved by everyone 💖

Villa Charlotte is simply unique because of its attentive host Inka Extra, the fantastic breakfast and incredibly good dinners, the location, the charm of a house that is over 100 years old but still offers all the necessary modern amenities, and last but not least because of the really nice regular guests.

Unfortunately we only went to Juist briefly to have a snack with Ms. Extra. Small, wonderfully old-fashioned in a heartwarming way and as modern as it needs to be. Heartfelt without end. 2021 again ❤
