Breakfast was nicely done and absolutely sufficient. Breakfast room a bit narrow and there is way too much standing around. Displays about offers in the region are loveless. All in all, it seems a bit too much of everything. Lots of dogs and cats running through the breakfast room too. We like animals, no question about it, but what bothered us most was the acrid and constant smell of urine from the animals in all the rooms. You have to clean, not just open the patio door.The location, parking and friendliness are great

Very nice house, nice rooms and a very nice landlady. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

We spontaneously got a room in the high season. A bit old, but clean - what more could you want. We didn't come to Bodenmais because of the room. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, absolutely sufficient and if something was missing..."a question is not a complaint". The price for the overnight stay couldn't be beat. There was a lot of information material for exploring the region (brochures were displayed in the hallways and in the breakfast room). Even the furry friend was thought of with sleeping pillows, bowls and treats. We all felt very welcome and are happy to come! 👍👍👍
