Today our 2nd visit to the Böhmhof Alm. I would have liked to have enjoyed my birthday present just as much as the first visit 3 years ago. Unfortunately, I got sick today, but according to the employee, that's not the problem in the house. A rebooking/cancellation can be made, but if you don't show up today, the entire voucher will expire. I would have really understood a cancellation fee, but being so embarrassed and cashing in the entire voucher has nothing to do with customer friendliness for me. In order not to have simply thrown all the money (quite a bit) out the window, we at least went there today to eat... the cook was very nice, according to my husband the food was really good, unfortunately I don't have any smell. or sense of taste more - thanks to Corona, I tasted little to nothing of my birthday meal. Too bad. And very annoying, when according to the flyer, food is supposed to be a pleasure... well, dear Böhmhof, it would be a pleasure if you at least responded a little to the customer and his needs instead of unloading on him over the phone: "Then stay "at home when you're sick" - I would like to, but not at this price!

Unfortunately, the buffet was not replenished to the appropriate extent, so that one had the impression that savings were being made.But that's probably because the owners keep an eye on their euros.Fitness is unfortunately a bit outdated and the selection of weights such as dumbbells leaves nothing to be desired.It's also a shame that you have to pay for the coffee at the cake buffet yourself, as it could be included in the price quoted.Fresh fruits such as pineapples, berries and melons are missing at breakfast.A pre-mixed fruit salad is not for everyone.

Yesterday we were guests at the Böhmhof for the first time and had booked an overnight stay. I can say that everything was really great. Starting with the great service, all the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The food, especially the course menu in the evening, was really first class both visually and in terms of taste. The wellness area was also beautifully designed. The room we had was a bit older but still nicely furnished. Overall, I can only recommend the hotel, gladly again.

We were at the Böhmhof for the third time and were thrilled again, especially by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the owner family! The hotel is in a great location, has a great sauna and wellness area with an indoor and outdoor pool, everything is very well equipped and super clean! The food (breakfast, afternoon buffet and the 6-course menu in the evening) leaves nothing to be desired.

Friendly staff, you really feel comfortable.The rooms are okay, a bit old. The bathroom has everything you need.The dinner was delicious and varied. With the 3/4 board you have the opportunity to eat cake, salad or cheese/sausage during the day.I think the hotel should accommodate guests by reducing drink prices. For two days the two of us spent almost 40 euros on drinks and we're talking about normal coffee and juice spritzers. That's why the star is deducted.The bathing facilities are good, the whirlpool could be a little warmer. The saunas are very modern and offer a lot of variety.The fitness room is not well equipped, there is still room for improvement.I can't say anything about the excursion options

Had booked day wellness. Couples Day Spa. Were completely satisfied. Staff very very friendly. Wellness area top and very clean and well maintained. Massage very pleasant and really nice conversation. The food was excellent and my lactose intolerance was well taken care of. Definitely coming back. It was a wonderful day and we were super relaxed and more than pampered by the hotel.

Dream in the Bavarian Forest.The beautifully located hotel on the edge of Bodenmais is an insider tip. I have rarely experienced such a great atmosphere. The staff is simply fantastic and friendly. The breakfast alone is amazing. This selection of food is unbeatable and, above all, fresh. Also the dinner, which is above all very tasty and well prepared.In front of the hotel you will find a wonderful, beautiful hiking trail for every day.Dogs are also welcome there.The newly designed sauna area leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, you have to experience it for yourself and you won't be disappointed. Me and my dog Charlie would love to come back. Many thanks to all the serving spirits who made it possible for us to have a wonderful holiday.

The wellness area is spread out so you can easily find a spot for yourself.
