We felt so comfortable with the Schöler family.We wanted to go away for a weekend into nature.We were exactly right there!In a small village, little noise and lots of nature.A small, beautiful half-timbered house,the rooms are very clean and tidy, a well-equipped kitchen that everyone can use.The journey was unproblematic, we arrived on Friday evening and were welcomed with open arms. That evening we went back into town, which was about 15 minutes away.In the morning we were served a great breakfast by Mrs. Schöler, which was very tasty and much of it was home-grown.On Saturday we went on a long hike through the forest, it was very nice because the forest is right behind the house.We'd love to come back!

Fantastically quiet location, warm and helpful hosts, clean and tidy. There is a well-equipped communal kitchen. Parking and late arrival (Sunday after 10 p.m.) were not a problem. Of course not luxury apartments, but a price/performance recommendation.

Vacation in Thuringia May 2016Idyllically located almost in the forest but not too far away from the "Schuß", we spent wonderful and relaxing holidays with the Schöler family. We felt at home, which was also due to the lovingly and deliciously prepared breakfast. Our paddling trip on the Saale from Rudolstadt to Uhlstädt was also wonderful, partly through untouched nature and in the company of a pair of Egyptian geese. The proximity to the forest also encouraged us to go hiking almost every day. We'll definitely be back! Malesevic family
