The hotel is not so recommendable, the restaurant is too close, you can't buy anything anywhere, everything is further away, the rooms are also outdated, not new and very unfriendly

Good morningWe were there as a motorcycle group and rented a room over Pentecost.We can say that we liked it a lot. The rooms are not the newest but good and spacious. The friendliness and service are great. Helpful on top of that. (We had a small “emergency” with a motorcycle)The food was good and prices were reasonable.Would definitely recommend the hotel.LG

First impression was positive 2. I had never experienced paying for the room first when checking in. I think the rooms had hardly been cleaned in the last few weeks, there were ants, spiders everywhere, towels and beds hadn't been changed or made, in the evening we asked if we could have another coffee and were told no, we could still earn something even though we were a hotel guest! Kindness is a foreign word. Either you don't need it or you can't help it. Definitely never again for us.We were happy we were able to leave! We're definitely not picky but somehow we want the stay to be pleasant! We thought about eating in the hotel but with hosts like that we decided not to!

Unfortunately, the rooms are very run down and in need of renovation. The heating doesn't get really warm, the tiles are loose, some of the furniture is broken and the room isn't even really clean. The owner was sometimes very unfriendly. Something like that doesn't work!Breakfast is more than manageable. Never experienced anything like this.Depending on the location, the rooms are filled with noises from the event room until midnight, so you can't even sleep. Overall, I was happy when I checked out and was back home.You don't have to be surprised if the guests don't come back

We were there for dinner today.The service was nice and the food came quickly too.Unfortunately, there is a lot of room for improvement here...the meat could have been of higher quality, and the burger wasn't that great either, and could have been presented better.Unfortunately, the ice cream was already old and no longer tasted good.The surroundings are idyllic and there are also a few goats and horses to look at.

We cannot recommend this hotel, even though the location is very nice. The price-performance ratio is not right. 1. the hotelier is unfriendly, presumptuous. We've been there several times now and it hasn't changed over the years 2. the service is poor because guests with disabilities receive no help transporting their luggage, even if the room is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. 3. Rooms have defects. Broken showers - drain doesn't work. We have had this experience on several stays. Bathroom furniture worn out, dingy. 4. Rooms are not cleaned daily 5. the rooms are cold because the heating is not large enough in every room and the radiators are turned off by the hotel. This works surprisingly well. 6. Breakfast - price-performance ratio doesn't fitConclusion: We will never book this hotel again.

Oh wow, I stayed there overnight. I can't remember having such a bad stay in my life. The room consisted of loose floor tiles in the bathroom, no soap in the silk dispenser in the shower, a really crooked mirror, a broken cupboard, an old bedspread on the bed that I wouldn't even use to change the oil, there were dowels half sticking out of the wall, The bathroom was full of long hair from previous owners and there was a very dirty extension cord hanging from the TV. I was really disgusted. I expected more for the money. The breakfast is really very spartan. Nothing will be added if everyone then everything. Overall the staff is rather unfriendly. I definitely won't stay there again.

We were there today with the family (17 people) for Christmas dinner. The table was ordered for 1 p.m., but it wasn't set yet... so we had to wait. When the table was ready, we weren't told... we couldn't be seated until we asked. We placed our food order quite quickly, some with starter soup (which tasted very tasty), but and that's not possible, some main courses came before the soup, some were forgotten and the absolute catastrophe that ALL the dumplings were raw and therefore only lukewarm to cold. After we told the waiter, we received a whole bowl of dumplings, which unfortunately were not cooked through or were cold. 3 meals only came when everyone else had already finished, and the dumplings were also raw and cold. Maybe you should focus on a smaller number of guests. There was no apology from the boss, only excuses, except from the nice waitress, but she couldn't do anything about it. However, we were given a waiver of €5 per meal with dumplings.Baking smaller rolls and putting in a little more effort would be a little tip.The meat was very tasty, as was the red cabbage. But you really have to work on the dumplings.

We went for Christmas dinner and ordered a meal for €28.90 per person. The dumplings were 80% raw and cold. The rest of the meat and side dishes were very good except that there was hardly any sauce on the plate. After complaining to the waitress, a bowl full of dumplings arrived and an apology from her.But these dumplings were just like the other raw and cold dumplings. Then the management was asked. But the manager had absolutely no insight and blamed it on the dumpling mixture he had bought and a defective thermometer. The dumplings were cooked in advance, which suggests that they were then frozen beforehand.After asking whether there was a discount for it, the answer was “we’ll see”. Absolutely professional answers!!We later found out that some of the other guests had complained about the dumplings.The guests should be taken into account better and in the future they should focus on one passage and then make it perfect.Our conclusion from the visit was absolutely chaotic and unorganized.The young waitress was very friendly and did her best to make the situation pleasant for both sides.There was a €5 discount on the cold dumplings per dish.

Spacious room (No. 22) with rustic furnishings. Everything is functional and clean, but there are too few sockets at the desk and lamps at the sink with very low luminosity. Comfortable mattress and bed linen, extra bathroom accessories with disposable razors and dental hygiene set. No fridge or air conditioning in the room. Simple selection for breakfast but fresh pastries, coffee from the dispenser and portions of honey from the beekeeper. Hotel in an absolutely quiet location, but a bit noisy inside. Reception area takes some getting used to and is not very representative.

Nice hotel in a nice remote location near Mühlhausen.The service overall was very friendly and helpful.The room was spacious but simple and a bit old. The bed has a footboard - rather unsuitable for tall people. The mat is fine. The blanket and pillow were good, I've had worse ones in more expensive hotels. A second pillow would also do well here.Unfortunately the room was extremely noisy. Every person in the hallway or on the stairs was noticed, as were conversations or television noises from neighboring rooms.Breakfast is simple, could use a little more love. …coffee from a pump pot and no fresh milk. Instead, coffee cream and a tetra pack of long-life milk.The food in the restaurant is ok but unfortunately nothing more. Here too, with a little more passion, something really good could happen.All in all, the stay was completely fine without any expectations.
