Unfortunately we have closed company today until 5 p.m. Then just set it up here on Google accordingly. Went for an hour walk and specifically checked to see if it was open.So be sure to call ahead!!

Incredibly delicious food! Fried potatoes as they should be and very tasty and well-seasoned schnitzels. The staff is very friendly and professional.All in all, one of the best restaurants on the West Coast where you can still get home cooked food!

Now it's really time for my very first Google review.We were able to celebrate our wedding at the Burger Fährhaus on Saturday.Already at our first appointment with the owner to “visit” the restaurant and discuss the options regarding food and drinks, it was immediately clear to us: “There is a celebration there”. We are still very excited about this festival and our expectations were more than exceeded. We always hear from our guests how wonderful this festival, this location, the food, the drinks and, above all, the service were.Drink requests were fulfilled immediately, no glass remained empty for long. The service staff did an incredible job and at no time did it seem hectic, even if it was certainly very stressful at times. The food was first class - very lovingly prepared with small details and the taste was simply incredible.Many thanks to everyone involved at the Burger Fährhaus for making our wedding so unforgettable. We would have to look really long to find anything negative - and we still wouldn't find anything. From the very first second, planning the event together with the owner of the Burger Fährhaus was simply completely uncomplicated. In summary, we have not only found a restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired in every respect, but is also run by people who are absolutely warm.We can't put into words how grateful we are to have been able to spend our biggest day with you and we can really recommend everyone to celebrate right here.If I could, I would give it 300 stars too. THANKS!!! Just keep doing it!

We were there for dinner. The staff was very attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. The food was very good. The cozy terrace is really great when the weather is nice. I can highly recommend it

Good food in a nice atmosphere with poor price-performance ratio!We ordered salmon trout with couscous, but instead of the couscousFried potatoes.The plate portion turned out to be very “clear”, i.e. not filling!In response to my criticism, we were given espressosoffered at the house's expense.Last but not least, we had to pay a surcharge of €2.50 for the fried potatoes in addition to the already very generous €27.90Considering that this dish can only be considered an appetizer, it's completely overpriced!Despite all understanding for the difficult situation in the catering industry, it is not possible to attract or retain guests!

Great location, lovingly furnished and incredibly delicious food! A little higher in price, but in my opinion totally justified. Dogs are allowed (and you get great service). We'd love to come back!

We had a very tasty meal here. The service is convincing, very friendly and accommodating. Price-performance ratio is a little higher but it's true. Everything was fine outside on the terrace. Clean, 2 cushions for each chair, tables were neat, set with flowers, ashtrays for smokers, toilets clean. You have a good view of the NOK. The ships passing by are very easy to see, except for the smaller sailing and motor boats. Highly recommended!!!!

No statement is possible about the rooms. Just wanted to eat there. After the change of ownership some time ago, the menu selection has changed a lot. Plaice or eel dishes are not on the menu. Therefore didn't eat there. The location offers a good view of the Kiel Canal.

The food and the service are great, it's a place where you can really unwind, you have a great view of the North Baltic Sea Canal and the path along the canal invites you to take a walk. Oh well, the prices are completely normal.
