Sadly I only managed to eat here once as the place has weird opening times, even when Google said it's open the place was closed and light were off.I had the Zwiebelrostbraten mit käsespätzle which was the best dish I had in my 2 week stay in Germany. I hope next time I'm in Dinklesbühl they are open so I can enjoy it one more! And not to mention this is the only place in town that serves Wasseralfinger Spezial which is my favorite German beer.

We were there one night. Simple rooms, very clean and in keeping with the impressive historic building. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The boss Ilonka is a real hostess. Very friendly, personable and more than spoiled us with culinary delights in the kitchen. In addition, the beer tasting was outstanding, thank you for that! Everything is totally authentic and the price-performance ratio is perfect. We'd love to come back.

Food was great. Okay, a bit of a long wait. But the food was hot and tasted very good. I had scheufele with dumplings and my wife had spaetzle with pork. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

Great boss, the waiter wouldn't have given us a seat.The boss doesn't worry about anything except the kitchen.My wife got her Kässpatzen after an hour, totally great, I gave up after 1 1/2 and paid.Nevertheless, a great restaurant because of the boss

We were here for dinner. It was a warm summer day so most of people were sitting outside. We were sitting indoors to avoid the smell of cigarette. We had very juicy and tasty Fränkische Schnitzel with bacon and Obatzda cheese and served with French fries, super delicious! The beer ( Wasseralfinger) was also very good and it was even cheaper than the soft drinks 🤣! Very good dinner and friendly service.

Medieval half-timbered house = the building structure and the rooms are corresponding.Rooms were fine, we weren't alone either, because there was a population of mini spiders.Service, friendliness, dinner, breakfast, everything was great.Dinkelsbühl is worth a trip.Thanks for the hospitality, it couldn't be better.

Ate here during Summerbreeze. This was truly the worst service ever. They ignore you all the time and are incredibly unfriendly and rude. The food itself was reasonable and so was the price.

Not good, waited a long time and was ignored by the waitress. Salad €5.20 totally too much. "Salad Buffet" (if you can call it that) was quite empty. You could really tell that the service wasn't in the mood. Was slow and totally inefficient. (Runs 3 times even though he could take a tablet) Totally dissatisfied with the service.

Dealing with disabled people in this restaurant is not possible at all. The waitresses simply push people with walking difficulties around.

Children's Mine 2024:Conditions very unfriendly (black dirndl, blonde shoulder-length hair). Drinks are accepted. En, and then forget, of course you have to pay. Before you get your drink in this heat, you're insulted and said in a harsh tone: "Then I'll just get the others first."That's a no-go!Unfortunately, things weren't any different for us at Christmas two years ago, my mother had planned for December 25th. We even received a confirmation at lunchtime (online) and on that day we were all standing in front of closed doors!Is and remains a submarine bar.Prices extremely high for poor hospitality.

It is clear that there is more going on on Children's Saturday than on other days.After the city handover, I wanted to get 3 cyclists for us and stood in line in the restaurant. In front of me there was a long line of people who probably wanted the same thing, most of them no longer sober. Shortly before it was finally my turn, one of the waitresses told me that it would take a little longer and that they weren't actually serving anything in the restaurant today. I asked twice if I could still get something. "Yes, but it's just taking a little longer today," was the answer from the waitress, who then left the restaurant. Shortly afterwards another waitress came and told me that we wouldn't get anything because there wasn't anything being served in the restaurant today. This waitress saw that I had already been standing in line for over a quarter of an hour. I referred to the first waitress, who, after asking twice, promised me that we would get something to drink. "You can stand here all you want, you won't get anything!"The fact that the guests in front of me, some of whom were drunk, were all served, but we (still sober) were no longer served, after I had already been standing in line for about 20 minutes and even though it was promised to me, borders on outrageous and suggests that the staff is hopelessly overwhelmed and insufficient acted professionally.Service looks different. It's a shame, because the food could actually be recommended.

An inn with rooms in a prime location and super good regional food (in winter of course carp). I particularly liked the fact that many "locals" stay there and keep the inn tradition alive. I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

A cozy restaurant in the heart of the beautiful old town of Dinkelsbühl, with great service and delicious food. Gladly again 👍. It's definitely worth a visit. I can't say anything about the rooms, we were only there to eat.
