I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, AVOID IT!!!!Terrible owner, a negative person, she told me her rules all the time, the minimum reservation is three days, the door must be closed three times with the key, the external blinds should not be turned on after ten o'clock, and accordingly, they should not be turned on until seven o'clock in the morning. you can get old until you burn, there is no hood, the mattresses are not comfortable - your back hurts after them, there is no oven, you must constantly carry your keys with you, because if you leave without the keys to the car, the owner can lock the door with the key and you will not get back in, you can enter by yourself in your room, without permission, the internet is very slow, the room is small, the bed smells bad and feels terrible, and the owner is a greedy and stingy person, not friendly at all, I have been to many hotels, but this is one of the worst hotels in Germany,I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONEAnd positive reviews are written, perhaps by her relativesThere were cockroaches in the kitchen - this is terrible

I was allowed to stay at Haus Ruther in Bad Saulgau for a few days and felt completely at home.My room and the bathroom were very well maintained and always clean.The breakfast was very good.The Ruther couple are very friendly and accommodating and I felt very comfortable right from the start.I will come again.

By chance I discovered the Ruther family's advert in the Bad Saulgau host directory. A nice voice confirmed to me by phone that I had booked a single room for a few days. A clean, spacious room awaited me in a quiet new building. The bright, inviting bathroom was particularly impressive. I was also completely satisfied with the rich breakfast. In summary: If I come back to the Bad Saulgau area, I will try to get a room or an apartment from the Ruther family again. The house is highly recommended without reservation, and it is only a few minutes away from the REHA clinic.Max the Bee King

We were surprised by the new house and the excellent andbeautiful holiday apartment with terrace. The house is in a very quiet residential area. The landlords were very friendly andentertaining. We called at short notice because we were cycling and asked about occupancy. Since the landlords wouldn't be back until late in the evening, they allowed us to move into the room in the early afternoon because the key was in a key box with a code. That much trust in people you don't know is extraordinary. A special thank you for that. The breakfast the next morning was also very good. A special oneRecommendation if you want a holiday apartment in Bad SaulgauLooking for a room.

Nice rooms or apartment, very well maintained facility... but the landlady has a control and even worse cleaning obsession. She constantly stands there and checks. Despite departure, she sniffs around the room while we're having breakfast. Upon arrival you will receive instructions and prohibitions. You felt like you were dirty at home. For professional reasons, I was only able to arrive one day later, which was included in the calculation, despite prior email. My husband was in rehab and I was alone in a double room, of course this was calculated for 2 people with breakfast. The prices on the homepage are not correct and you cannot pay with a card, even though it is on the homepage. The icing on the cake - there is no invoice here, the tax office should come and see you. I didn't feel comfortable at all from the first moment, because it was a bedroom in a holiday apartment, just 10 square meters, which makes you claustrophobic. I would have liked to have taken the entire holiday apartment, but I was told that this wasn't possible - just don't touch anything. Sure, the FW would have been cheaper. If you're already obsessed with cleaning, then please also wash the duvet and pillows, which are made of synthetics - they smelled - fuiii. I would have preferred to drive again straight away. Don't do this to yourself!!!What I had to pay for 2 nights with breakfast was something I hadn't paid in the previous hotel with 3 nights and breakfast and 3 dinners for two. Greed and rip off!!!! Information is sent to consumer protection and the tax office of the city of Bad Saulgau.

Definitely not recommended, although the location and rooms are good. Price agreements are not adhered to, you don't receive an invoice/receipt - why? No card payment possible even though this is stated on the internet. Strange landlady in control, prohibition and cleaning madness - don't do that to yourself

THANK YOU for 12 months (with interruptions) of incredibly beautiful and relaxing evenings at the end of each long - up to 12 hour - working dayI felt very comfortable in your house - I stayed in the apartment - it is really well equipped: carpenter furniture - kitchenette with hotplate, sink, refrigerator - enough cookware and tableware - everything was very clean; the bed is big enough to rest properly and sleep well - embedded in the green surroundings of the Sonnenhalde in Bad SaulgauIt is very quiet at Haus Ruther's location - in the warm months you will be woken up in the morning by the birds in the surrounding treesIf I end up in the area again for business and/or vacation, Haus Ruther will definitely be my first address - and I hope there is a place available for me......this is also because Haus Ruther has a sensational price/performance ratio with maximum recreational valueThank you very much again - stay healthy - see you again

Haus Ruther is new and is located in the Sonnenhalde, a quiet residential area with old trees. The outdoor area and parking spaces are very well maintained.The holiday apartments are very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything you need for the first few days is available (dishwashing liquid, cloths, Zewa, toilet paper, etc.).Thermal bath and spa park are only 200 m away. The city center can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.Anyone looking for peace and nature will immediately feel at home here (quiet location despite being close to the city).The hosts are very friendly and have lots of tips for things to do and cultural events in and around Bad Saulgau, Upper Swabia and the Lake Constance region. A variety of brochures are available for guests.The Ruther family is always busy and creating; everything is clean and well maintained.Both place great value on producing their own juices, jams, honey, bread and rolls, etc.I really like the Ruthers, they are lively, imaginative and full of life.I am looking forward to my next stay with the Ruther family.

Top facility, you can't complain on that point, but I've rarely met such an unpleasant person as Ms. Ruther. At first the bad reviews on the internet seemed unjustified, but with every day I spent there, I began to understand it.1. Why do you hang crucifixes over the bed in a room that you rent out? I don't hang verses from the Koran in my guest room, the reason is probably self-explanatory.2. Does the good lady definitely suffer from control compulsions, which are probably related to her financial problems, which to me can be inferred from her greed. A psychiatrist should definitely take a look at this.3. Cancellations? The good lady doesn't know anything like that. I still had to pay twice for 3 days even though a colleague dropped out. There was no reason for this, actually reason enough to contact consumer protection. It's also incredibly annoying when you've just come from a 12-hour shift and then you're still therethe lady has to discuss the most trivial things in the world.4. How the hell do you think you could charge €60 a night, but skimp on the dishwashing liquid?5. I advise everyone not to stay for a long time, as this woman causes real paranoia in a person. Constant observation from the window. Discussions about little things like that. One minute after you leave the room, Mrs. Ruther is already inside, at any time of day, every day. CREEPY

The house is new and in immaculate condition, the landlords are friendly and informative. There is enough parking space, even for large vans.The rooms are comfortably furnished and offer what you need. The TV program includes all programs except pay TV programs. The location is relatively quiet. Anyone who is in the area and would like to stay overnight can only recommend Haus Ruther. However, if you're expecting a 5 star rating, you're in the wrong place. It's really just an upscale guesthouse/holiday apartment.
