We were there with our bike group (8 people) for 3 days. in the Hildenbrandseck Castle.It was wonderful. The castle is very beautiful. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown through the beautiful building and the wonderful gardens by Mr. von Öttingen.The rooms are stylishly furnished. All the details fit.The lovingly prepared breakfast left nothing to be desired. Due to the nice weather, we were able to enjoy it in the courtyard of the castle on one day and in that on the other daysSpace at the large, beautifully laid table.We were able to safely park our 8 e-bikes in the enclosed courtyard and charge the batteries in our rooms.We can only recommend the little castle with the very friendly owners and will definitely come back.Rudolf Gunther

A very special place! The Hildenbrandseck Castle is so beautiful that we have probably stayed there four times. Small, fine and beautifully restored. The nice welcome from Mr. von Oettingen, the beautifully furnished rooms and not forgetting the breakfast! All of this makes Schlösschen Hildenbrandseck a wonderful place.

The hosts have created something wonderful here. The castle has been lovingly restored and the gardens are beautifully landscaped. We were warmly welcomed with an aperitif and provided with all the necessary information about the area. The room was nice and large and the rich breakfast made us live in the Palatinate all day. Highly recommended!

Our short trip to the Palatinate on the German Wine Route was an unforgettable experience from start to finish - we owe this not least to the accommodation and the family who own the castle. Starting with a short tour of the castle and the wonderfully designed garden (including an excellent welcome aperitif) through to a lovingly prepared (vegan) breakfast, we felt completely at home. We also knew how to use the helpful tips regarding sights, hiking trails or restaurant/winery addresses. Thank you for this wonderful time! Overall a solid 10 out of 10!

But it is not just the historic property that has been renovated with an extraordinarily high level of commitment, attention to detail, expertise and value. No - it is also the hosts who made us feel that we were welcome. Thank you from the Oettingen family for this!But we also want the first-class rooms, the wonderful breakfast, the selected range of wines, the cozy fireplace and much more. don't leave it unmentioned. The Hildebrandseck Castle is a place with soul that we will definitely be happy to return to!

Perfection in an oasis of peaceSchloesschen Hildenbrandseck is one of those locations where there is really nothing, absolutely nothing, to complain about. The hospitable couple Von Oettingen will give you a warm welcome and will proudly show you around their castle.They have restored the building and furnished it very tastefully and stylishly as a B&B. The four spacious rooms are all beautifully decorated and super clean in the same vein. And there is no TV in the rooms. It wouldn't match the decor either. (There is good WiFi everywhere in the house.)Breakfast is served at the table with mainly local and own products. The layout of the breakfast is in the same line as the castle: stylish and perfect! The B&B has beautiful places, inside and outside, to relax, read a book or drink a glass of wine.Truly a place to relax

The Palatinate is a beautiful region that deserves to be discovered - a weekend is not enough.The castle is a dream - the garden, the rooms, the courtyard... the hosts were warm, attentive and accommodating and served an unbeatably great vegan breakfast especially for us.Thank you for the great time, we'll be back!

Relaxing, romantic and timeless place to stay. I highly recommend an extended stay at Schlosschen Hildenbrandseck. The space, history, art and attention to detail is inspiring. It is an experience I will never forget. We step back in history, but with modern day amenities. The space was totally renovated while preserving history. The level of comfort, attention to detail and design is beyond compare. It is the perfect mix of comfortable accommodations with luxurious perks, like the delectable breakfasts, carefully curated art, and live flowers in private and shared areas. My favorite spot is the courtyard with apple trees, seating and a water fountain. Room 3 is divine with lounge chairs, deluxe bathroom and 4-poster bed. Each room honors a relative of the von Oettingen family. I am deeply thankful to the von Oettingen family to opening their lovely home to us and guests.
