I gave my partner a weekend in the business suit.This room itself was really good, but there were always things that we didn't think were right.On the one hand the TV didn't work, on the other hand there was a tablet that was supposed to control the room? In any case, that didn't work either. Making an appointment for a massage borders on the impossible. We tried a month ago and it didn't work online. Tried again and again by phone, no one ever answered, they just said yes, you have to arrange it in advance. What if it didn't work? And even if it were possible, the appointments are only available during the week. Aren't weekends actually high in sales?Our room had a door to the next room (other suit), since this is a completely normal door, we could loudly hear everything that was going on. Even with the earopacks provided by the hotel, this still significantly prevented us from sleeping. It's sad when, after a vacation in a wellness hotel, you need a day off to catch up on sleep.The next no-go was that the fitness room was right next to the breakfast area, which meant a lot of people came in and out and smelled accordingly. Music also came very loudly from the room. Quiet music during breakfast is normal and pleasant, but so loud and constant rumbling from the room, I can't imagine having a breakfast for that price. The registration is also next to the breakfast area. That means when the athletes are waiting there and chatting loudly, I feel very out of place as a guest.Positive:The service was very nice. The breakfast was nicely prepared. Nothing was missing. There was sufficient parking space available outside.

Love. I feel so boujee when I come here. I call in and to make my appointments and they always remember me. I feel seen, heard, and important.Yes yes it’s expensive but it’s worth it.

A very nice place to unwind... sauna whirlpool simply great... but the whirlpool could be full when you arrive! But it filled up quickly.Very clean both the shower 🚿 and everything else too. Kettle is available with several types of tea ☕️.We liked it. But next time in winter...

We had a booking for a private spa room. The pictures showed the room with a whirlpool, but we were given a room with a large floating bathtub. A slight disappointment but it was still stylish and looked good.Unfortunately, the disappointment continued! The floating bathtub normally has a remote control - we first looked for it everywhere and after we asked, we were told that it was currently defective. The request was made via WhatsApp and the fact that it was defective was announced with a laughing smiley instead of an apology - a no go!Since the bathtub is of course one of the unique selling points of the room, I wonder how you can rent it out (without saying it in advance).We continued with the rain shower, which also didn't work properly and it was only possible to shower with a hand shower.Unfortunately, the infrared sauna didn't convince us either, as it doesn't have the option of preheating. The infrared heaters only switch on when you sit on the chair. That means sitting for 10 to 15 minutes and waiting until the temperature slowly comes into the sauna.The toilet lid was also broken and the general cleanliness unfortunately only gets 4 out of 10 points.Would we give it a second chance? Let's see what the future brings.

My review only relates to the sports offering, I haven't tested the other areas:The course schedule is more than just diverse, lots of great courses offered by great trainers. The rooms are very nice.What's great: there are water bottles and towels available for free, and shampoo is also available. Accordingly, you don't have to bring anything with you.The individual course usually costs 7 euros, but there are always great offers for cheap monthly contracts.Smaller problems were always solved in an uncomplicated, quick and friendly manner.Overall you can say: very high quality at a reasonable price.The only point of criticism: unfortunately, courses do not take place again and again because the minimum number of participants of three people is not reached. You will then be informed about this about 2 hours beforehand. Understandable but still annoying.

Unfortunately very disappointing.I treated my wife to a massage and manicure.The infrastructure is very nice and good, but there was no qualified staff, the trainee didn't know anything about manicures or massages, which is very cheeky and absolutely inappropriate for this price.The criticism is not directed at the trainees but at the management. That's a shame, but I definitely can't recommend it.
