Good location in the middle of the vineyards, unfortunately no dogs allowed in the main house. Therefore we had to go to the so-called wine fort. The rooms there are tiny and not very attractive. The cleanliness is impeccable. We were really annoyed by the largely unfriendly tone of the staff. We were there with two couples and everyone had the same experiences. Apart from the really nice manager, it's completely unacceptable for the price range. Starting with the unfriendly reception until dinner and breakfast. The food (breakfast and dinner) was good, but based on reviews online we expected a little more sophistication.

Room extremely small. Unfortunately the bathroom was poorly cleaned, dirty footprints on the floor, dirty toilet and a very unpleasant smell from the shower. We travel often and have never experienced anything like this :(If you have a room facing the street, passing cars will be annoying if you are sensitive to noise.We stayed there with the family. Everyone else had larger rooms and were satisfied with the cleanliness. We were probably unlucky there.

Dear team at the Weinkastell zum Weissen RossWe really liked it and felt comfortable.Special praise for the reception and the service staff.We wouldn't take the room on the street next time, too loud and very small.The meat on the menu was good on one plate and not so good on the partner.??

Since we have a small dog, we could only go to the Weinhaus Henniger guesthouse. The rooms are very clean, but it's not ours. We will go to the wine house next time

Overall, more of a guesthouse than a hotel. There is no reception (which is about 100m opposite in the other hotel), no bar or minibar etc. The free parking lot is also at the other hotel. You just have to know. …

Small, cozy guest house, rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. The only thing that could be improved is, if you are traveling with a group of 6 to 8 people, a room with a refrigerator and two tables to sit at and enjoy a glass of wine even after 10 p.m.
