We cannot understand the negative reviews. The rooms are completely ok for the price. Our room was also clean. The staff were very friendly. Dinner was delicious. There were also Russian specialties such as Pellmeni and Blini. We can recommend the hotel.

A perfect place to do water sports on the Dahme. The rooms are simply and functionally furnished. The service is great! Even in the evening, when the restaurant was already dark, we were still able to order food and were served very nicely. And the food tasted excellent. Absolutely recommended!

The hotel was booked for me by the company. And I would never have thought that you would have to pay almost 300€ for 3 nights for this place. Such a shithole. The beds were the worst thing for me. You have an idea of what it would be like in prison. The mattresses were worn out. Lying on some boards. Damage everywhere. Everything is just extremely unkempt. I left right after the first night. Especially with small, inexpensive things like a toilet seat that is completely loose, you have to act on your own. But they don't seem to care at all about that.

The absolute descent. Honest.Incompetent, unfriendly, zero service.We had a small double room including water damage in the bathroom, which hadn't just happened since yesterday.If you turned on the faucet, you would get completely soaked. When you sit on the toilet, the toilet seat slides back and forth.If you wanted to take a shower you had to close your eyes because everything was so dirty. The shower head was completely calcified and the joints around it were dark brown. Simply disgusting.The outdoor area was nice at first glance. At second glance you saw a broken slide for the children. If you let your child slide there, you can call a doctor straight away.The slats on the benches outside were broken. So you couldn't sit down either.The jetty on the water was also broken.Now about the service -No drinks in the fridge and absolutely exorbitant prices. It was not organizationally possible for you to have enough drinks for a group of around 15 people.It was also not possible for you to assign the dishes to the rooms at dinner or assign them to the rooms. No, we as guests had to make a list.Price-performance is absolutely miserable here.I really wouldn't recommend anyone to stay or even eat here.One family from our group even left after one night because it was so catastrophic.Never, never again!

The hotel is located close to the river, the area and green areas around are quite well-kept, parking spaces are available on the premises and in front of the entrance, there is a place to sit in the evenings and relax near the reservoir.The decor of the rooms is sufficient, 4-person rooms with two average double beds, a TV, bedside tables and a large wardrobe with hangers.Common space on the ground floor with a drinks machine, paid billiards and TV, which could not be used.

I stayed for 3 weeks in a double room without a refrigerator. There is no room in the room. The management of the hotel is very cold. The service and cleanliness are quite ok. The location is ok.

I spent 2 weeks in this hotel, stayed in both a single and double room, very clean, 40 inch smart TV, wifi. Very welcoming location with a large garden overlooking the lake with a private marina. Very welcoming staff who make you feel at home with immediate availability. multilingual (German, English, Russian, Italian), fridge always full of cold drinks, billiards, private internal and external parking for larger vehicles, TV in the restaurant area. Varied menu with good choice of dishes at fair prices of good quality. The rooms are well acoustically insulated. I was very satisfied.

Nice place by the water. Staff (Russian??) extremely unfriendly. Don't go there. Apparently only cash payment, which seems conspicuous from a tax perspective.

Small nice hotel by the river. Yes, there was service too. Except for 2* drinks, there was something missing for the hotel guests. I'll pay for dinner4*. Breakfast 3 stars the quality of the breakfast rolls still needs work.I give the room 4 *, an empty glass on the desk was clean, but they could have also provided water for the hotel guest. Therefore only 4 *.The hotel does not respond at all to emails from guests with inquiries

Not recommended!I stayed here for one night. There was a musty “rest stop” smell in the room (even though the window was open).There were chocolate stains and crumbs on the chair and something stuck to the pillow and there were yellow stains on the duvet.
