Quiet, clean guesthouse.Just slept there.

We booked the accommodation because we were hiking in the region, which I can only recommend. But I can't recommend the accommodation. It didn't bother me that the facility was getting a bit old. But when I moved into my room and I saw that there were still traces of the previous room (still stains in the toilet, dirty sink, trash can not emptied, small refrigerator dirty), I asked calmly and matter-of-factly if the room wasn't there yet had been cleaned. I was approached in an unfriendly manner by the owner, who said she had cleaned everything. She just forgot the sink. The saying was that who knows how we would leave the rooms, so many people would misbehave. Unfortunately the rooms had already been paid for, so we stayed. When we went out to eat shortly after check-in and then came back, everything was cleaned. But first throw really stupid sayings at us. I have never felt so uncomfortable in an accommodation as I did there. The woman couldn't or didn't want to return my good morning the day after. I can't say anything about breakfast. We didn't book that additionally after this promotion. I cannot recommend the guesthouse.

I didn't stay there overnight because there weren't 4 rooms available at the time I wanted.But I have never met such an arrogant and unfriendly employee in a service company.It's a shame, photos of the accommodation are nice.

Helga's guesthouse is somewhat hidden in Bad Dürkheim-Leistadt. The half-timbered ambience with the wrought iron sign on the house is striking. Our room on the 1st floor was very clean, spacious and bright. As was the bathroom with a shower, which brought the desired temperature without constant readjustment. Ms. Helga is a reserved host, but open to special requests. Since she prepared breakfast herself, our early mood was well taken care of. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. Kallstadt and Freinsheim are easy to reach for culinary delights. 1.5 and about 4 km. The Palatinate Forest begins, so to speak, at the end of Waldstr. where the guesthouse is located. We didn't miss anything.
