We were there to eat (and drink). The food was hearty, the beer was good on the hot day and the service was very friendly.

We had lunch in the restaurant. The service is attentive, but sometimes seems a bit overwhelmed. The food was okay, but nothing more. I would have expected a little more. There's beer from the Faust brewery - a treat!

For the oldest inn in Germany, they were pretty on their toes here. The service was excellent, very friendly, the delicious dishes tailored to the area and the season, also vegan alternatives, special beers and the atmosphere was sociable and rustic. Very well attended, which speaks for itself.

We only rate the restaurant: Quaint restaurant, very full, difficult to get a seat (you have to reserve it in advance). After we "got hold" of it, we had a very extensive selection of beer, very unusual, the mini tasting glass for 1.50 euros was a good idea! That Unfortunately, the food was very salty, the portions weren't particularly large and so we weren't full. Is that because it's a tourist town and therefore always full? Conclusion: Interior is special, selection of drinks is great, food is okay, service is mediocre, volume is high.

I've been there very often.Nice clocky restaurant. The food has been of consistent quality for years and the beer on offer is from the Faust brewery.I never heard any complaints from the escorts either.Therefore 100% 5 stars.

Really bad, so beer was perfectly cold, tasted almost like soda, you can drink it forever. The food was brutal, the dark beer sauce was a dream. We will come again. The oldest hostel in Germany - you can see it! 😀

Great location. People go only because it is recommended. There is mobbing in the place, the taste is not stable, the soup is tasteless. I have free water in the tap.
