One star is actually too many. Completely overpriced food and drinks. Dishes are rather small and not tasteful. The furnishings are outdated with a musty smell. It's best to leave the restaurant quickly.

The food was very good, the salad was fresh, it's a bit expensive but the portions were large, served quickly, the service was nice, so we'll come back again :)

Here you can feel completely comfortable. The central location in Miltenberg's old town undoubtedly invites you to linger. You get good quality at fair prices. The atmosphere is very inviting, well-kept and clean. I can only recommend everyone to indulge themselves here with home-made food and a large selection of beers. This company has been family-run for over 30 years and as a local I have always been very satisfied - keep it up 👏

We went for dinner yesterday and were served quickly. We were sitting outside and behind us there was a table with loud guests so we were hardly able to have a conversation and found that very disturbing. The waitresses didn't react in any way to the annoying noise because they were regular guests. I then told the waitress we wanted to pay and she said she would come straight away. She then took drinks orders from new guests, which is also fine. However, the regular guests then wanted to pay and the waitress came immediately and charged 5 people. When I didn't want to wait any longer, I went in and wanted to pay by card and all I got was a snappy answer saying it says no card payment on the door. I looked for it and there was actually a small round sticker on the door that no one sees because everything is lined up with boards left and right. All I can say is that there is no value placed on tourists here, only local regulars. The food was very good, but we spend our money elsewhere, namely where we are valued as guests. No amount of schnapps on the house as an excuse will help, but rather the entire attitude should be changed here. Other guests also have the right to eat in peace and in a comfortable atmosphere and not surrounded by shouting regulars.

We ordered two drinks here and were served very friendly. We weren't hungry, but we still looked at the menu with interest and were a little surprised at the slightly higher prices. No problem, everyone can do whatever they want. Now we looked at the Google Maps reviews and were positively entertained by the host's answers. I was thoroughly amused by his answers. Keep it up, reviews are fun to read.

On the recommendation of the Faust brewery, we went to the Golden Crown for dinner.The drinks were quickly ordered, then the first look at the menu: it won't be cheap today. No dish under 20€. "A chip" for the children is not possible, only complete meals. So I ordered a Wiener Schnitzel for a good €23. We should have looked at the menu - and the Google reviews and the owner's insulting responses to them - before we sat down!Considering we were the only guests, it took a long time for the food to arrive.Taste: average, not outstanding. Portion size also average.Finally: Payment only in cash, which was not previously displayed outside.

The price is not justified for the performance. The food and waiting times were OK, but not great. It felt like it was too expensive for that. Definitely won't try it again.

Nice boss, but unfortunately the food was nothing 👎🏼. I ordered cream schnitzel from the grill today, the 2 slices of schnitzel were drowned under the tasteless layer of mushrooms. Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasure for €22.80 🙄.The fries had to look on sadly...that's what they looked like...🙈Too bad 😕
