BEWARE of this trap!!!Absolute arrogance from the owner and employees plus hidden extra costs. Under some pretext, guests are simply not given the keys on site and after a long journey they are simply refused entry. You then simply have to look for somewhere else to stay late in the evening.There is NO WAY I would book ea.

Absolute RIP-OFF! Under no circumstances would I book this dubious hotel. Arrogant and absolutely unfriendly employees and owners plus hidden extra costs of 20Eur for a laundry package per day. Arrival only until 6 p.m. That wouldn't be the problem, but because of traffic jams we asked about optional solutions. The answer came screaming on the phone: Keys can only be handed over in person until 6 p.m. That's it! When we asked, we were insulted as being rude over the phone and in person on site. Even though we had arrived punctually by 5:55 p.m. under total stress, we stood in front of an employee who, after consultation with the owner, no longer wanted to hand over the keys to us. Even the police who came to mediate the matter couldn't help. They invoked house rules and left us standing in front of locked doors without accommodation. INCREDIBLE!!!!! This is NOT what hospitality looks like.We would prefer to give 0 stars.

Beware of this scammer!We booked this apartment for 3 days via booking.com and paid in advance. Indicated that we are arriving with a 2-month-old baby.A week in advance we are informed that a baby must have been vaccinated twice or tested positive for corona. Both cases are of course impossible. No tests are done on 2-month-old babies, and vaccinations are of course not possible either. Upon arrival we were denied entry.The owner showed no sympathy at all or thought about a solution, we were just shamelessly sent back home!Then we suggested that we enter the apartment the next day without a baby, but the owner simply states that this is "unfortunately" not possible because we had not checked in during arrival, which is also not correct, we were there, he just refused us access .German government views. In our case, children under 6 years old must be quarantined, but how is not clear. He could have pointed that out to us.Of course we could have prepared this better ourselves, but we simply had not considered that a 2-month-old child had reason to be refused (we were fully vaccinated ourselves).Long story short. This man captured 3 days' rent and could easily refuse us. We are still investigating whether this is legally allowed. In any case, I strongly recommend this landlord to everyone! We have never been treated so inhumanely!

Super location, close to Winterbeg. Beautiful, spacious, clean and everything you need in an apartment. Owner also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommended and we will come back again.Small disadvantage, the beds are a bit on the hard side.
