Thank you for the nice stay. The hosts are very friendly and special requests are accommodated courteously. The photos correspond to reality, playful, cute and rustic furnishings, it is clean and tidy. And if you don't need breakfast with champagne and cavia, you'll be treated to everything your heart desires in the morning.

Here the guest comes first!- very friendly reception at the entrance door- I was able to park the motorcycle directly in the covered entrance area- Room with balcony is nicely decorated and very clean- daily room service worked perfectly- Breakfast left nothing to be desired, there was enough of everything- the operator is very concerned about the well-being of his guests* Inquiry at breakfast: How was the night? Is breakfast OK or is something missing?* Tips for planning your day/excursion destinations etc.- for me it was two/three very nice days in a super quiet area- this guesthouse gets a clear five stars in terms of value for money- big compliments to the operator 👍

Stopped in for a night on a bike tour. Very warm welcome from the host. The room more than met my needs. The breakfast convinced me for a guesthouse. Overall a very satisfactory stay. I'd love to come back!

It was very nice. We were there for four days. We were welcomed very nicely. The breakfast was super tasty and there was a good selection. The rooms are tidy and well maintained. There is a lot to achieve from the guesthouse, very nicely located. Definitely worth a visit again.

I can only agree with the previous reviews: Pension Sonnenheim is fantastic! The host is so warm, you feel welcome and at home from the moment you arrive. The accommodation is in a pleasant, quiet location, furnished with attention to detail and the breakfast is small but tasty and has everything you need for a good start to the day.I was almost sad that I had only booked for 1 night and will definitely come back again for one or two (longer) hiking weekends.

Since the hotel I stayed in didn't have breakfast, I came here to enjoy a very delicious breakfast for two days. The price was also very good. The owner was very welcoming. I think I will stay here next time.

We wanted to do a short hike before the end of the year, without paying too much for a place to stay. So we found this cute guesthouse close to Winterberg.We were welcomed by a very friendly owner, and then shown to our room. Which was very pink, almost Barbie-esque. But at the same time it looked nice. It was more than big enough for the two of us. And the bed was fine. Maybe a bit on the soft side, but good enough.The next morning, walking to the breakfast room, the owner greeted us and asked if we had slept well. A nice personal touch. Then we had an extensive breakfast with a wide choice of bread and other condiments. There were even some homemade cakes and cookies. In a small place like this I didn't expect a breakfast of this magnitude. It was really good.In summary, we were very happy with our stay. It wasn't expensive, the room was okay, the breakfast was fantastic, and the owner was friendly. I can absolutely recommend the place.

Beautiful guesthouse. The people here are very warm and accommodating.The rooms have been furnished with 🧡. I had a huge bathroom for myself (had a single room).Pension Sonnenheim is better than some hotels in Winterberg - which are three times more expensive. A delicious breakfast included.Thank you very much and kind regards from Cologne.

Very hospitable, I was there for 1 night with my motorcycle, I slept wonderfully, breakfast was also good and super beautiful surroundings to ride... and really not expensive

Super nice Pension, stayed 1 night in a lovely cool room, nice friendly welcome by Juan the owner who is originally from Mallorca, the silence, the tranquility of the place, great at night with the window open, super nice in the morning breakfast, waved goodbye and WoW...🎉🥰💥👊

Located just outside of Winterberg, I was warmly welcomed and given a beautiful single room.There is a buffet for breakfast and there is a good restaurant around the corner. It's wonderful to hike from here, but I was there on a motorbike.I'd love to come back!
