The food, no... the entire food culture! came into its own here unbelievably and completely (unexpectedly)! Finally a place where the food is served the way it should be, because the food and drinks themselves absolutely deserve that respect. Big praise to everyone involved in the kitchen and many thanks to the service. Thank you that a kitchen like this still exists!

Unfortunately, as a Berliner you have to travel very far to be served a meal like this! Of course, by Berlin standards, time has stood still in romantic and tranquil Waldulm. Restaurant, rooms, food like in the last century. But that doesn't make it worse in any way. Everything tasteful and skilful. Okay, the rooms and the bathrooms especially could use a little facelift. But otherwise - despite the big celebration at the next table - it's all about happy, relaxed enjoyment.Baden snail soup comme il faut gratinated and not thick, with a tasty addition.Zander/salmon dumplings on spinach noodles are classic, tasty and good for dipping with sauce.Saddle of veal with stone mushrooms and hand-scraped spaetzleis a plate that “I could fool myself into”. Tender pink meat, delicious leafy mushrooms with the same sauce; the most tender egg spaetzle.The stuffed guinea fowl breast was more of a very tasty, tender supreme with an equally delicious sauce and the same spaetzle.Service very friendly, but not euphoric; may be related to the stress caused by large society...Shh! Under no circumstances tell anyone! The wine list is awesome! Luckily we don't live close by! I would sit here every week and drink the wonderful wines little by little.This time it was very nice2019 Pinot Gris Steinhalde from Knab and (incredible!!!)2003 Volnay Clos des Ducs of Angerville!Good breakfast; Unfortunately, coffee comes from a fully automatic machine.Food 14.5/20Thank you!We'll be back.

We ate at the Rebstock for a birthday party. Very friendly and attentive service in a very nice dining room. The food was very tasty and also very nicely prepared. Many thanks to the entire team for a very nice evening. Recommended!

Were on the top terrace in the Rebstock on Sunday at 6 p.m. for a long break with three of us. Food menu 1+2 + alla carte quality as always top price performance + service was 5 stars refreshing the young waitresses were attentive quick friendly wonderful we felt very comfortable Uwe Andreas Sandra from Baiersbronn will come back more regularly over the next 20 years 👋

This time I think we were in the restaurant for the third time in 2024. This time just the two of us, we found the well-known menu...we had no choice but to eat only 2 of the Temperle for the third time and the stuffed guinea fowl breast with spinach and carrot for the third time.....We have already had the other main courses or found them too plain or too burnt.But now it's enough. The dessert menu was once better, but now it has been the familiar one for a long time...unfortunately, we never really liked any of it. This way we can even save ourselves reading...The Rebstock has been known to us for decades and has always been and is popular...but without creativity and a menu that changes at least every month, we won't come back...We are now focusing more on Alsace...

We were there for dinner with friends on Saturday and had reserved at least three months in advance with the request for a nice table! When we arrived at 7 p.m. all the tables were apparently occupied so we only had the worst seat with a view of the kitchen and the sink. In addition to the noise that constantly came from the kitchen, you constantly had the feeling that you were going to get one of the trays that were being carried by inexperienced waiters! Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing, on the one hand the Temperle were a bit unimaginative as they had been the same for years and the soup was tasteless! The rack of lamb including the sauce could have used a lot more seasoning! The best was the goose liver!

Restaurant:The restaurant alone would have earned 5 stars. Great menu! Excellent goods and preparation. Good service in a very cozy atmosphere.We were completely satisfied with the restaurant in the Rebstock and would like to do it again.Hotel:The hotel was fine. Everything is a little old, but well maintained. Reception unmanned at all times.Breakfast is okay for an overnight stay, but after that it becomes difficult because there is no variety. One morning the light rolls weren't enough. The service at breakfast was quite "bitter" on two days.

A great place to feel good. The hotel/restaurant is located in a beautiful setting right next to the vineyards. The rooms are spacious, quiet and quite simple. The restaurant is exceptionally good.
