It's a shame that I'm not allowed to rate my guests. The people who make a lot of messes here are private guests who rarely travel. My tip: look elsewhere. For that price, you should check into the Hotel Vierseasonen. No wish remains unfulfilled.Best regardsHerPension Holmer Moorhof

Very friendly welcome, well furnished apartment, very clean, fully equipped with all utensils. I had my dog with me and, like me, he felt very comfortable. Very nice area, for walking, with and without a dog 😊 We'd love to come back...I've been a guest at least once or twice a month for almost three-quarters of a year now. I am extremely satisfied and my dog and I enjoy being here 🐶😍

THE WORST THING YOU CAN FIND IN GERMANY! The owner must have once worked at STASI, the rooms weren't clean and there was just a dispute over payment. In addition, there was slander about the guests from the guesthouse management. No recommendation whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!

This pension was a great surprise! Very beautiful, all is really nice and clean, and so cosy! Parking in front and your own entrance to the room. I love the kitchen hiding in the cabinet, really nicely done. I absolutely recommend this for short or longer stay. I stayed with my cats for exhibition at Henstedt-Ulzburg catshow, and we could not wish for anything more.

Police action...!!!!!!Real DIRTY STORE... at the beginning act so politely and then the angry creature spreads terror and extreme unrest around it... skin against the door so that you think a bear is standing in front of it or the war has broken out.Then you are shouted at and told to leave the room immediately!I no longer understood the world!!!!Kicks out the customers because the boss allegedly didn't pay for the accommodation.She saw me smoking outside and said "I hope you ONLY smoke one cigarette" I think what does she want from me?!?!?!?Lurk outside the window and look through the sun visor at what you're doing in the room.The window was open the whole time because it was too warm, so of course they took advantage of it.Here you feel monitored, watched and spied on.Tell me that there are a lot of junkies running around in Hamburg and make fun of people and jokes like that.INSULTED and assumes that you are taking drugs, even though you have an ashtray outside to smoke a NORMAL cigarette...😡The woman is through and don't let yourself be taken for a ride...at the beginning she always acts so polite and completely understanding, nice, etc.PLEASE PAY ATTENTION and stay away...!!!!!!!!!!!!I immediately called THE POLICE and said to the officers "Why are you coming into my apartment?" Mrs. SARKANDER is really sick...!!!!KEEP YOUR FINGER AWAY FROM THE STORE...!!!!

Not recommendable....We were very friendly at check in, but this suddenly changed.You were constantly being watched.If you sat outside to smoke, a conversation was forced on you, the content of which was always about the fact that you smoked a lot, or other guests were told what they were doing and what they were doing.I didn't feel comfortable there and can't recommend it.Unfortunately it is not possible to give 0 stars because one is already too many!

Clean and new accommodation. I liked it. Centrally located, therefore not far from the North Sea and Baltic Sea. Good facility.

Been there for 1 day. Every time we left the holiday apartment, the landlord was in our apartment and left inappropriate notes. Trespassing also applies to holiday apartments! I have never experienced something like that. We're checking out early. Here you feel monitored and spied on.

.The very last thing I have experienced in terms of services!!!!Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the landlady, Ms. Sarkander... Until then, ok.The fact that costs are taken into account everywhere....also ok....explicitly energy costs.The heating system is equipped with smart thermostats...which makes sense.From 10 p.m. the device decreases to 17 ⁰ degrees.Since the apartment is very poorly insulated, it gets cold quickly.So on the second day I had the nerve to turn the heating up to 27 ⁰ at short notice.Unfortunately I forgot to turn back a little later.The following evening the following letter was on my table...QUOTE"Dear Mr. NeumannIf you want the heating on 27⁰ you HAVE to pay EXTRA!!Like in the TV commercials!!So that we can get through the winter well...P.S. OTHERWISE I WILL BE EVIL!!I thought it was a bad joke...unfortunately I have heard and read more and more similar things and also rudeness (e.g. guest book)The first evening I was smoking a cigarette in front of the door and she happened to come by and we said a few words.Then she tells me that the guest across the house secretly drinks and that it smells of alcohol there in the morning.My dear husband......where on earth did I end up???.I have been a service provider myself for over 40 years...I have experienced many poor performances in all areas.But THAT.....was the height of OUTRAGE for meI can only STRONGLY advise against staying there......Because what happens THERE......can only be experienced in a dosshouse.Simply INCREDIBLE!!!!*(but unfortunately true)

Let's start with the positive. It was clean. I received the key from the owner's daughter. When we had already moved into the apartment, there was suddenly a knock on the door. It was the boss, who pointed out two mistakes to us in a friendly (played?) way. The door has to be closed and we are not allowed to park like that. I'm a regular guest at the Lindner Hotel Leverkusen, no one has ever used such a tone to you.The rooms are properly equipped for a penis. The beds are small and not particularly comfortable. Otherwise you have everything you need. There were a few strange rules in the terms and conditions. No showering between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. e.g.Overall, you could still have given a decent rating here.But: When we got back home we realized that we had forgotten two toys. We then contacted the owner and received an answer. You can send the items at our expense (understandable). But I don't know when yet. We agreed to that but didn't get an answer at first. My friend then asked again. Normally she wouldn't send anything afterward because otherwise she wouldn't be able to do anything else. She wanted 20 euros for the shipment.Since this is a maximum of a package of up to 5 kg, I think that's pretty cheeky.In any case, customer service is something different for me and the tone in the emails (you just have to be able to read between the lines) is also very questionable. Ms. Sarkander also mentioned in the email that she only runs the guesthouse as a sideline. I'm speaking to all people who want to book here. You'd better look for something else so that the good woman doesn't overwork herself.

Hello! I would like to say that I was very surprised by the hospitality of the hostess of the "Annette" hotel, a friendly, good-natured and very pleasant woman. The rooms are clean and pleasant to sleep in white linens, a compact and comfortable kitchen. There is a beautiful forest nearby for walking and jogging, accompanied by clean air, which contributes to a healthy lifestyle! Thank you Annette for your warm hospitality!
