We don't understand the predominantly positive reviews. Here are our findings in brief (photos attached):-Gauze window not adapted to the size of the window, resulting in a gap of approx. 3 cm on the left and right, resulting in insects in the room, spiders in the bed- Bathroom window bricked up- Food quantity instead of quality, unfortunately- the breakfast buffet was simply a disgrace, baked rolls and cheap cold cuts probably from a discounter, yoghurt from a plastic cup.Loveless.Why can't you use fresh, regional products from local bakeries, butchers and farmers?For the price of 165.00 euros/nightand 60.00 euros for dinner (two schnitzels and a salad without drinks)This does not correspond in any way to our understanding of price/performance.Unfortunately, clarification on site was not possible due to the language barrier.

This review only applies to the restaurant. The interior and atmosphere do not radiate anything. The service is friendly. The food all came from the freezer except for the salad. No fresh vegetables and no decent piece of meat. Dry and tough. Price-quality ratio is not correct. A large number of flies did not make things any better. Not recommended.

We always stay here when we visit the “Karl May Games” in Bad Segeberg. Couldn't be nicer for us! In the middle of the “Holstein Switzerland Nature Park” in a rural setting.Nice rooms, some with a balcony or terrace. Wonderful breakfast and very tasty and plentiful evenings in the restaurant.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful landscape. The rooms are large and very clean. The bathroom is modernly equipped. Breakfast buffet and restaurant for dinner are top. The service is attentive, friendly and courteous. The guest comes first here! The overnight price per room and the prices for food and drinks are unbeatably affordable with top quality. The region around Blunk is worth seeing and offers many leisure activities. We will definitely come here again. Keep it up!
