The booking process was incredibly bad, so you had to deal with it for ages. I want to go on vacation and not solve puzzles to check into the park. There's no guesswork until payment is made, as uplandparcs doesn't need bank details for the great puzzle fun!

Do not book this park well in advance if you do not want to be a thief of your own wallet!Furthermore, it is a super nice park without many extras. So calm down. But do something about those mice in the houses. Caught a mouse every night. Service is only available to a very limited extent. There is plenty of parking space, but be careful with the doors due to the steep slope. Sauerland is also beautiful in autumn. You can also enjoy a nice meal at an Italian restaurant, which you can walk to from the park.

Very nice bungalow park, built around 2021/2022. The bungalows are well equipped and modern. What's missing are shelves and hooks in the bathroom and bedroom ("the classic"...). Tip: Just pack a few suction cup hooks.The bungalows are located in dead-end streets that are car-free. Parking spaces are located on the "main street" of the park and can sometimes be a few meters away if there is good occupancy.Playgrounds are great! Bouncy cushion at the entrance and underneath a small playground right by the stream - really nicely done.If there was a problem with the oven, the nice man at reception helped straight away.Two or three SMALL points why there is no 5⭐️:- We were only able to open the bungalow at 3:00 p.m. sharp, even though we were already there at 1:00 p.m. and the bungalow had been cleaned. It's a shame that the provider is so inflexible here.- The bunk bed is a bit simply constructed. The upper slatted frame has stapler pins sticking out from the bottom, so the slats slip easily and the upper mattress sometimes slipped in... and the railing at the top is also quite high, so little kids can slip through.- The mattresses in the double bed were very soft, but the pillows were very hard. We generally don't have high expectations, but we found it somehow uncomfortable. 🤷🏻♂️- and as I said, we would have liked a few more shelves and hooks in the bathroom and bedroom.Conclusion: 4-4.5 stars and we would come back! 😉👍🏻

We went to UplandParcs Winterberg for a short vacation. The houses are very nicely and comfortably furnished. The service is excellent, there is enough parking space and the connection to Winterberg is very good. We will definitely come back. From day one to the end everything went perfectly.

Very nice, new park. Ecological houses that blend in beautifully with the surroundings. Everything has been thought of, such as a sheet of baking paper in the oven, and a jar with make-up remover/soap, etc. in the bathroom. From the path you can walk straight into nature, and you can enjoy beautiful walking and cycling. 🧓👵 you are close to Winterberg. You can enjoy yourself for a day on the Erlebnischberg. The kids thought it was the bomb, and secretly we did too. Climbing park was also super fun, with very nice people, including Dutch-speaking climbing goats. We didn't see any living people in the park, which is very convenient, but a bit impersonal. Everything is done digitally, but it is arranged down to the last detail. I would definitely recommend this store!

Great holiday park with a great location. Children and we liked it very much.The only drawback is that you could also put a blackout curtain in front of the door and definitely more shelves or storage areas in the bathroom.

A beautiful park with new ecological houses. The furnishings are very neat, you notice that it is new. Electric cars can charge at the park and there is a playground for the little ones. We often drove to Winterberg by car, you can get there in no time. There was no one present at reception, but that is not necessary because of digital keys for the house. The insulation of the house is very good, which made the house warm during the day. Fortunately it cooled down enough at night to make it pleasant.

Beautiful houses.It's a shame that the reception has such limited opening hours. Would have liked to use the hot tub for a second day. (Sunday) but could no longer order wood via the app or pick it up.The ash pan of the hot tub was slightly open upon arrival, causing it to be full of water. We managed to figure this out ourselves with great difficulty, because unfortunately there was no one at reception upon arrival on Friday afternoon.

Beautiful and quiet holiday park. We had a house for four people with a hot tub. Very nice!The only thing we thought was a shame is that the beds are rock hard and that quite a few trees have been/are being cut down in the area. But despite that, we had a very nice holiday. Please take the height difference into account. If you have difficulty walking, this park may not be the best choice.Thank you for your excellent service!

Location of the park very outside. At the A... of the world. Houses very close to each other. You always have to rely on the car. Reception is open for 1 hour in the morning and afternoon. The lady was very taciturn and not exactly friendly, even though there wasn't much going on in the park. She was supposed to be the figurehead of the park. If you want to order wood for the hot tub, you have to come during opening hours or you'll just happen to meet someone who isn't keen on work Employee.You pay €6 for a bag of wood, when he delivers it to your house, he wants another €2 per bag. Customer service is different. He's motorized all day anyway.

The park is located on a hill and is integrated into nature in terms of materials and colors. It is a quiet park with few additional facilities. There is a bouncy castle for the children and several nice playgrounds.Friendly and helpful lady at reception who gave us useful tips for trips with the dog.

Nice location near Winterberg. Cottages felt new and were very comfortable. Sandwich service excellent. Unfortunately no towels. Unfortunately only German when calling with questions. Had a good stay!Apparently they have had a lot of inconvenience from groups, so they prefer not to have them.
