There is no second chance to make a first impression...We spent a week on holiday in the beautifully located Linnea holiday home (we simply couldn't find the short path to the beach at the stated distance of 90 m😉). Overall, the house is in dire need of renovation. Unfortunately, the weekly price quoted does not match the condition and certainly not the willingness to cooperate with the letting agency. On the day of arrival we asked whether the beach chair that came with the house was also on the dog beach (booked and paid for the house with a dog). But we didn't know this, we should check it ourselves. Unfortunately it wasn't on the dog beach and we asked for it to be moved directly by phone so that we could use the basket. Here they wanted 50€ for it. We were very surprised and lay on the beach without a basket. On Sunday we asked the boss directly about the move. Mr. B. suddenly demanded €100. This reaction and the overall condition of the house explain the poor rating.Shortly before the end of the vacation, the heating (hot water) broke down. So don't shower after swimming in the Baltic Sea, but wait a good three hours for the first repair attempt by Mr. B. And later by an emergency technician.Incidentally, there was not the slightest concession or apology from Agency B. We were only informed about the upcoming renovation work in the fall. Happy and very happy for future vacationers...I would be very interested to know whether the owner of the property is aware of the condition and the agency's actions.

The house itself is very nice, some of the furniture and fly screens need to be replaced.Dogs shouldn't be on the sofa.

Building cleaning should also replace the vacuum cleaner bag with a new one at regular intervals during Corona times. On the upper floor in the sleeping area everything was tip top. A handyman could go through the house and make minor repairs such as tightening the screws on the closet door knobs, etc.
