We spent a very nice week at the Gschoßlehen mountain farm. The hosts are very nice and warm. The accommodation is very nice and in the countryside, bread service is also available. Hikes directly from the house are possible. Our holiday apartment on the top floor was cozy and clean. We felt comfortable and would like to come back. Thank you.

We stayed in this fantastic place for 14 days. Great apartment, modern and comfortably furnished, everything was very clean. Bread service worked great. Everything went great all around. The surrounding area is a dream and everything is easy to reach from the guesthouse or after a short drive. We'll be back. Also worth highlighting is the great little lawn for sunbathing, where you can watch the sun disappear behind the mountain after the hike. A dream vacation.

We went on vacation there for the third year in a row. You have a great view of the mountains and it is perfect for relaxing as it is not directly on any main roads. The host family is very friendly and, upon request, you can even get milk and cheese from their own mountain pasture, eggs directly from the farm and bread rolls from the town.There is also a program for the little holiday guests. There is a great playground on the farm and you can admire small calves, chickens and goats.We love it there and can only recommend the farm.

Went to the mountain farm as a family a year ago. A very nice farm with well-equipped facilities in a modern apartment "Hochkalter". Very quiet location and good starting point for mountain tours. The Hintersee is fantastic, as are the surrounding mountains. Bread service was great and worked well. Unfortunately the time passed too quickly (1 week). Will definitely come again.

Very beautifully located holiday resort, embedded in the beautiful landscape of the Berchtesgaden National Park with a wonderful view of the Watzmann, Hochkalter and Reiteralpe. From the moment you arrive you're in relaxation mode! The wonderful hosts, Bernhard and Anja, make it as pleasant as possible.The great apartments with everything you need complete your great vacation.

Beautifully situated farm in a secluded location, with a view of the Hochkalter, Watzmann, etc. mountain ranges that seem to be within reach. 🤩Since we wanted to relax from the stressful everyday life and go hiking, we couldn't have chosen a better option. If you stock up on everything you need in advance and use the well-functioning breakfast service, you don't actually need a car, as there is a bus connection right nearby 👌The animals included the 'kindergarten' of calves that delighted us with their ringing of bells, pigs that, funnily enough, always answered 😅, chickens with 🐓 and 1 goat 🐐Our arrival was a bit 'bumpy', but that was because Anja, Berni & family had to collect the green waste due to the weather 🤷♂️We immediately felt at home and the lovingly and self-prepared apartments made my carpenter's heart beat faster 🥹Well maintained and clean, and all of this in addition to the extensive farm work, including self-production of various natural products!!RESPECT 👍👍👍Unfortunately the week flew by 😩The farewell was all the warmer 🥰 and we will definitely come back and can even imagine spending time there regularly 😍Many thanks again to Anja, Berni & family for this week 🤗 😘 Marcus & Carmen 🎅 😉

Fantastic place to relax and enjoy. We immediately felt at home here. A very warm, lovely host family who gave us a friendly welcome, showed and explained everything to us. The bread roll service worked great.The mountain farm is quietly located in the countryside with a great view of the mountains.Good starting point for various hikes, not far from Hintersee.Unfortunately, our time here was over far too quickly.We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back.Thanks for the nice time

Simply absolutely beautiful all around! The quiet location (direct access to various hiking trails) and the panoramic view are unbeatable, the hosts are super warm and accommodating, the apartment (Blaueis) is lovingly modernized, spacious, sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. And as a plus, there is a guest lounge with a well-stocked drinks fridge (very welcome after strenuous hikes), a sunny lawn and early morning delivery service (cheese, eggs, bread, rolls, etc.). In my opinion it couldn't be better!

We were there for 8 days with 6 people and stayed in the ALPENGLÜHN and BERGGLÜCK holiday apartments.Both apartments were very lovingly and very comfortably furnished and clean.The bread roll service worked excellently. The selection of rolls was very good.The hosts were incredibly nice.The location is very good as you can go on many hikes from here.It was also great on your mountain pasture, Moltau-Alm.After a heavy rain, just before oursOn the way home, we were also able to enjoy their pick-up servicecome. Thank you again for this.It is clear to us that we will come again.

The location of the Gschoßlehen mountain farm is summed up: fantastic.You have a wonderful view of the Hochkalter and Watzmann.Anja and Bernhard are living their dream and running the farm with passion. We were always warmly welcomed and always felt very comfortable. Her caring and calm manner is simply soothing. You always have time for conversations.The infrastructure is excellent. You can quickly get to Hintersee and can drive to Ramsau or Königsee without any problems.We have been there for the fourth time and will be happy to come back at any time.

We were staying in the Watzmann apartment. Beautiful, clean, the view from both balconies is amazing. The young lady who accommodated us is very nice. I felt at home there.

A place to feel good, we have been coming here for almost 10 years.A starting point for hikes, you always discover something new. The beautiful holiday apartments and the friendly hosts give us a second feeling hereto have at home. We look forward to our vacation every yearhere on the mountain farm.

Nice view with flawsThe view of the mountains is really great, our apartment was nice and clean.However, this farm is not recommended for families with children:The diversity of animals is praised on the homepage. There is a goat, a few chickens and pigs and a cat. The cows are on the alpine pasture in summer. This is what you should know if you decide on a farm because of animals. We were very disappointed.There wasn't a single toy in the sandbox. Apparently a board on the wooden terrace next to the sandpit had broken for a long time and children could step on it and injure themselves. There was a board hanging out of the top of the shed that could have fallen onto the sandpit at any time. The plastic children's slide is broken in several places at the top. Absolute risk of injury for children.During our already paid stay, the host handed us an invoice without comment in which we had to pay an additional 25% because the rooms were being renovated. Communication = none. This action really spoiled our stay at the farm.Conclusion: We cannot recommend this farm to families with children who are looking for a real farm experience.

The Gschoßlehen holiday farm is in a quiet location and overlooks a beautiful mountain panorama.Unfortunately, the vacation started a bit “unfortunately”. Arrival was possible from 3 p.m., but the hosts were not there. An older, nice lady couldn't help us - but she told us where the holiday apartment was and so we just moved into it because the key was there. I would have been happy to receive a corresponding note in advance (by email would have been enough). In the evening we met the hosts. They are very friendly and helpful.We were in the FeWo Hochkalter. This is beautifully furnished, very clean and has a fantastic view of the Hochkalter from the balcony.The only disadvantage: due to the sloping ceilings and low shower, it is suitable for people with a maximum height of 1.80 m.We really liked the bread roll service. We found the prices ok.All in all a very nice vacation spot.
